Emailed the company as had thought I had been sold a fake jelly cat due to unusual batch code. Received a call straight away from a lovely gentleman who more than put my mind at rest and knew all about the jelly cat batch codes. Will use again
I returned some items to this company after THEY provided me with a returns label and they started off with saying they cannot refund, then suddenly they can refund in full then suddenly there’s this cost they have to take away a 5% refund cost which is not disclosed on the website. They also said there was problems with one of the items returned I asked three times for photographic evidence and the first two times received snarky responses such as ‘ you will know this without the need for us to send you images.’ If you are making a claim, especially as a business providing goods you should be providing evidence to back up your claims and not for the evidence to take 10 days to be provided.
Also they need to have some form of customer service training as that is the most shocking part. It is abrupt and lacks any form of communication ability and seems to be run by only one person (Robert James). I felt like I was having a conversation with a 13 year old who didn’t have basic manners or any customer service training.
I was told I would be receiving a refund anyway but it’s over a week later and nothing? Not very efficient and I have since gone through my bank to resolve as well as informing trading standards of this mess and forwarded on the email chain to showcase the excellent (not) customer service.
Update 26th of July: It’s been 4 weeks since returning the goods and has now been two weeks since I’ve heard from the business. I have still not received a refund and have provided the evidence to my bank to complete the chargeback. I definitely would avoid this company at all costs. I think there other reviews help speak for themselves.
Not the best experience ordered from here wasn’t happy with the items so I sent it back and paid for my own returns label, they refunded but charged me for the returns on top by deducting it from the original amount, I paid the return myself already!!!! AVOID this company ,just lose your money
Ordered a jellycat dragon, it arrived with a smell like it was a returned or 2nd item,they didn't want to know and tried to charge me for the return, very bad experience with this company
Fast delivery and products in good condition
Was a bit afraid with few reviews but turns out it is fast, arrived within 48 hours, simple packaging for the Jellycat dolls but they are in good condition. Highly higher price than RRP but got the items that many other places sold out.
Unfortunately having paid for 48 hour tracked delivery, the item has still not arrived despite the order being placed on Monday and it now being Friday. I now have to try and find time to buy a replacement for a party this evening. Despite the tracking not being available and not being updated, Plush Paws have refused to take any responsibility. I do not know why any company that wishes to have reliable deliveries would use Royal Mail, however they choose to. It is a real shame. To add insult to injury they have refused to refund my delivery cost and I have seen the return will cost me an extra £5, despite this being no fault of my own. AVOID.
Bought two Miffy keychains from them, very smooth all around and reasonable prices, thank you team!! :)
Rip off! Was going to buy a Jellycat yummy mouse from them but they are charging £5 more than rrp!
Was made a bit nervous by the negative reviews and because I've never heard of the website before. I ordered and they came nice and quickly, seem completely legit which is lovely. Would buy again
Picked up a Jellycat from here that was out of stock everywhere and she came in perfect condition and i’m very happy with my purchase!!
Shipping was within the timeframe i ordered, 48 hours, and customer service was very prompt after I emailed them about an issue i had with my confirmation email (which ended up just being my inability to check my inbox correctly)
Overall a pleasant experience, and I will be ordering again!!

I received a jelly cat cuddly which had a visible brown mark on it that felt hard and tacky rather than soft. Despite contacting customer service about it and providing photos they kept insisting this was normal on longer pile plush toys. We have many types of these toys and have never had a problem with it. I am stunned at their lack of customer service on this issue and their refusal to acknowledge any fault. I would never use this company again to order soft toys as if I send it back I will have to pay full tracked postage for their product being faulty.
Paid for 48 hour delivery as I required the Jellycat soft toys as gifts. When they arrived I realised they had sent the medium size and not the larger size (32cm) as stated on their website. Company are refusing to cover postage costs either way even though they very clearly falsely advertised the product! They are defending their measurements even though every other website is different (including the official one) and they have also since changed their website too since I ordered!! Very disappointing they cannot admit their fault, take responsibility and cover the cost of postage!
Ordered stuff fine, delivered fine, needed to return and was outside their 14-day window (calendar days) by 2 days. "No." Zero discussion, zero helpfulness, didn't even bother replying to my request. I can understand being pretty strict, but it's downright mean during COVID restrictions - and not even replying sucks. Going on my "a-holes" list and won't buy there ever again.
