Banned account without any single reason, non existing possibility to contact customer support. I was playing more 8 years, and pouring my money into it.
Avoid Playrix for all costs. Never play their games! Even tetris are better than this company. It is fraud company and should stand in front of court.

I have been playing the Township game for many years and always enjoyed it. Recently, it has included additional in-games to play; for example 'Mayor's Weekend'. But I have noticed that sometimes, when playing this 'offshoot', you are able to claim awards from the next level whether you have finished the one you are working on - at other times, like today, I had completed 4 levels from step 5 but was unable to claim them as they were locked. This game is also horribly expensive and would gain more players if there weren't so many 'In App' purchases. The people who create these games make a fortune from them simply by people downloading and playing them, there is no need for them to be greedy and, basically, 'fleece' it's customers. If this continues then I shall be uninstalling this game which is not only a shame as I do enjoy it but also because, over the years, it has cost me a fortune and I can no longer afford it - nor should I have to. So, Playrix people, how about you take on board what your customers are saying, stop being greedy and enjoy seeing more people downloading and playing this, and other games that you offer.

DAS Spiel ansich ist absolut Top zum Spielen macht Spaß und das jetzt seit 13.000Lvl aber die ständigen Preiserhöhung und die ständigen neuen Methoden noch mehr Geld rauszuziehen nervt sehr die kleinen Günstigen Angebote wurden alle aus dem Shop genommen die longtime Events sind ohne Pay Inn nicht Spielbar die größte Kritik habe ich aber da es sowirkt wie wenn Bots eingesetzt werden um wenn man eine zulange Sieg Serien hat und somit genug Bonis hat das Scheitern egal wieviel man einzahlt wieviel man an Bonis nutzt quasi erzwingt ich denke Playrix lässt eine zu lange Sieg Serie nicht zu da sie dann keine Pakete verkaufen können Die Belegschaft hat keinerlei Respekt für seine Kunden

Sämtliche Spiele sind nur noch Abzocke. Man kommt nur weiter, wenn man Geld investiert. Dafür bin ich einfach nicht (mehr) gewillt! Sollte sich nichts ändern, werfe ich sämtliche Spiele runter!

Ich finde es einfach unglaublich das auch Kinder von denen abgezockt werden können
und es gibt bei 98 % der Spiele nichts umsonst.Schade das Playrix sich für unschlagbar hält aber es wird der Zeitpunkt
kommen wo denen das Abzocken versaut wird nur schade dann ist zu für die Kreaturen zu spät um Sie zu bestrafen

Please stop making the levels so difficult. It's no fun anymore, just frustrating. The so-called easy levels are already super difficult, and the difficult ones are impossible if you don't buy extra moves. You are clearly using the pay-to-win method. My t-cash is gone, and I refuse to pay real money, because that's what you want.

I played this game for seven years. They accuse me of cheating which is fine. I asked him for evidence. Couldn’t produce the evidence. I wouldn’t stay clear from this game. All it’s about is the money they don’t even bother to reply to you through customer services to explain to you why so easy to accuse someone to do something wrong without any proof?

Update um alles umzustellen, darauf folgt Update zu einer Fehlerbehebung. Zunehmende Schwierigkeit der Match-3-Levels kein Zufall, sondern ein bewusstes Design-Element. Oft unüberwindbare Hindernisse die nur mit T-Cash, die Premiumwährung des Spiels, zu lösen sind (Monetarisierung). Endlose und sinnlose VERÄNDERUNGEN im Spiel, die nur Unmut auslösen. TS schafft sich selbst ab.

When I first started playing it was a nice little game with many different sub-games that rotated in and out. It has morphed into an ugly money grabbing monster that should be avoided. The latest stunt involving putting up costs by a factor of 25 to 90 while increasing purchase multiples by only 20 says it all. I'm done with it.

They went to every single thing that you do I don’t like that and I’m I just can’t deal with that. Why do they give you so much and then they want you to pay for that? No, I don’t recommend this. Don’t ever get something for playrix

Playrix are THIEVES AND CHEATS!!!! I've been playing Township for over 3 years now - hell, maybe even more. I am quite ashamed to admit just how much money I have spent on the game- largely staying for the teammates and not letting them down in the regatta race. A couple of months ago, my in-game coins were down about 400/500 thousand ... in addition, some township dollars (in -game purchases) and match 3 power ups were gone.. I wrote to their "customer(hahaha) support" and get the same reply - inevitably, they blame me.. I have threatened to leave the game a few times prior, but, this time around, I am officially, and completely DONE with them!! I had about 120-ish rocket power ups and nearly 200 dynamite power ups - The mirror ball was the ONLY power that I consistently had low amounts of. A couple of weeks ago, I noticed the numbers of those power - ups were in the teens.. 17/19 - so, of course I asked them, thinking maybe it was glitch due to one of the many unnecessary and messy "updates" and, they blamed it on me !!!! They claimed to have checked my account and have concluded that I was the one who used them... I AM THE ONLY ONE WHO PLAYS MY GAME!!! I kept going back and forth with them, only to finally resign to the fact that they will never resolve what was done. I am SO angry!!!
I told you that I am ashamed to admit how much money I have spent on that game over the years, but, I would say it is close to about $2000 (if not more)
How can they just do this to their players??? I have built up those power ups, and coins, only for them to disappear... it's a bit maddening to me... I guess I should have been well-tipped off once I found that the game was NOTHING like the ads were selling!!
They have scrapped the last cute little things about the game that I liked, made the adventure challenges require enormous amount of points to make one move and have turned it into a Match 3 game that is rigged to lose. I am done and I told Playrix that if it wasn't resolved, I would go from platform to platform to let people know that they were about to be ripped off! Playrix, you're very wrong for what you did and continue to do, and you've cost yourself a very valuable player.

They did an update for fishdom that ruined the game. I uninstalled it after many years of playing. They are greedy cheaters

Na een jaar of 5 dit gratis spel gespeeld te hebben word ik onterecht totaal onverwachts op deze wijze geblokkeerd. Op vragen krijg ik dit als antwoord. IK VIND HET TOTAAL ONACCEPTABEL VALSELIJK BESCHULDIGD TE WORDEN. Want hoe zou je vals kunnen spelen dat vraag ik mij af? Ik heb alleen nooit geld in dit spel geinvesteerd.

Ich spiele Gartenscapes und Homescapes seit einigen Jahren. Es ist nur noch Abzocke und kein Spiel-Erlebnis mehr. Die Preise werden erhöht z.B. Goldpass und es gibt immer weniger Belohnungen/Booster. Ohne die kommt man nicht weiter, weil die Level so gehalten sind, dass man sie ohne nicht schafft. Also ist man angehalten, viel Geld auszugeben. Natürlich ist es am Anfang noch so gemacht, dass man ohne Geld ein Stück weit vorwärts kommt, dass ändert sich aber schnell. Homescapes spiel ich daher schon nicht mehr, leider wird das mit Gartenscapes auch passieren. Viele meiner Freunde sind schon ausgestiegen. Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt kann ich nur sagen, fangt gar nicht erst an. Schade ein solches Spiel aus Geldgier kaputt zu machen.

Not sure how is this still a running company. All too greedy, not sure why but all the company is only russian speaking candidates, so most of them don’t even know English properly. In this size of a company - its just not up to par with other companies. Their headcounters are in abandoned non tech countries like khazahstan and armenia.

Spiele schon viele Jahre Garden&Homescapes und in den letzten 3 Jahren hat sich das Spielerlebnis für die Spieler enorm zum Negativen verändert,man scheut schon jedes Update.Die Spielzüge werden verkürzt indem man dann viele Spielzüge im Appkauf erwerben kann um überhaupt bei schweren Leveln mal weiterzukommen auch die Goldpässe total verteuert und wenig bzw. mickrige Belohnungen. Keine neuen Ideen zu den Nebenevents - die Abenteuerspiele Nerven nur noch ab und seit neuestem kann man bei Homes an Freunden keine Leben weder anfordern noch senden.Es macht kein Spaß mehr die Spieler sind gefrustet und das wirkt sich auf das ganze Team aus.Wenn sich bald nichts zum Positiven für die Gamer ändert wäre es Ratsam die Spiele zu löschen oder gar nicht erst anfangen zu Spielen.
PS.: und die ewige "Playrixkrankheit" besonders immer ein Stein übrig obwohl es hätte aufgehen müssen -Beispiel bei Homescapes fliegen die Papierflieger im letzten Zug am Ziel vorbei ,könnte nunmehr auch mal Kuriert werden.

Compriamo aiuti per passare livelli impossibili. ho tenuto tutti i video nel caso wualche autorità voglia denunciare gli sviluppatori per il lavoro sporco che fanno.. all intima mossa più di una volta è successo, unisco la supersfera con l elicottero, si formano 40 elicotteri, mi mancavano 6 schede da colpire,niente da fare, solo 4 schede colpite, in royal match, avrei finito il livello, tutte le schede sarebbero state colpite.
Questo è un lavoro sporco di wuesti sviluppatori imbroglioni per far spendere la gente. Mi chiedo se posso essere rimborsato di tutto visto che gli aiuti non fanno il proprio dovere.. questo s insaccano milioni di euro l giorno, truffatori la gente.. io questi sviluppatori li chiamo ladri.. grazie contattatemi se servono video per incastrare la truffa di questi ladri.

En su juego home scapes en el hotel pusieron un torneo de campeones que no te da opción para no jugarlo. Eso molesta porque te obligan a jugar algo. De este juego me gustaba la opción de jugar como uno quiere, no por fuerza. Ojalá quiten eso para evitar la opción para desinstalar. Gracias
