Finger weg!
Die App funktioniert nicht richtig. Trotz updates alles Fehlerhaft. Es fehlen bei angeschlossenen levels die Belohnungen. Nach 5 Jahren habe ich jetzt das Spiel endgültig aufgegeben.

Terrible games . Such a waste of money . The games are rigged . Don’t bother with the card collections . They are set up for failure . One gold card needed and for over a week all I got was duplicates. Never got the card I needed. Very frustrating

Zum wiederholten Male erlischt die Superregenbogenexplosion. Die App stützt ab, ohne dass ich etwas gemacht habe. Kein Spiel verloren, die App nicht während eines Spieles geschlossen. Bereits vor 5 Tagen habe ich den Support auf sämtlichen Kanälen und mehrfach kontaktiert und um Unterstützung gebeten. Keine Reaktion, ich werde konsequent einfach ignoriert. Und ich habe schon verdammt viel Geld in dieses Spiel investiert.

Gardenscapes is not a real game. You are playing the “machine”. The game desides when and how much you win or loose.

Ich habe das Spiel so gerne gespielt, bin über Level 17.000. Aber seit einiger Zeit ist es fast nur noch Frust. Eigentlich ein tolles Spiel mit viel Abwechslung, sehr kreativ. Aber das Spiel ist so schwer geworden, dass man manchmal tagelang an einem Level spielt. Es sei denn, man gibt viel Geld aus. Keine Empfehlung von mir mehr

Playrix is a scam and all of their intentions is to make their prices go high that you'll be broke. I played playrix for 20 years when an American company owed it; it was fun and didn't make it expensive to enjoy, but The new Russian company makes cost the their first priorities which is sad. So when they stop the wrongfully tactics I'll come back until then I will boycott all the games that playrix owns! They are Frauds!100% unfortunately trust pilot cannot not let me go back on the date til 2016 ,that's how long I played Township!

This game has become a nightmare. The "Purchase cannot be completed" error is constant, yet Playrix and Google just send me in circles. It feels vindictive; I spend hours winning extras only to be blocked at the finish line. As someone struggling with depression and anger, this technical loop is causing real emotional damage. It’s a multi-billion dollar company that refuses to provide human support or fix their billing. They take your time but offer no help. Unacceptable. 1 Star.

I’d rather leave this blood sucking company a 0 they don’t even deserve that, in playing the game Township, I have en countered countless times, me playing the match 3 spending money on Tcash, money in the game that helps you progress, but if you play match 3 in the game there’s a point when you’re playing and run out of lives, the game is designed to pop a $900.00 Tcash purchase to continue the game with extra lives, remember this is Tcash that the game sells you for actual money, then suddenly your down $900.00 with no option to decline the offer, but no! You will pay the $900.00 like it or not, now the game did compensate me $400.00 for the unfair and unfortunate event, quite the insult after charging me at least 6 $900.00 charges for a total, but the actual is much more of in Tcash it’s been about 2 months since I have heard from them, of $7,200.00 cost with only $400.00 return insult offer, now the game developers Playrix are not responding, please get on TikTok and blast this company for not just getting their profits for the game but going above and beyond to take money from players without a choice to say no, then only offer a fraction for the return. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL Company that preys on their customers. Do not download any of their products

I have sent 8 emails to the company which still have not been acknowledged or answered.
A big mistake I made was to believe their marketing .
I ordered several model chain saws and key chain which arrived and what was received was a cheap imitation of a chain saw which was inoperable.
At the worst this marketing ploy could be construed as bait advertising which does not conform to the requirements of legislation.
I conduct reviews on goods and services for government and private agencies which are usually positive and helpful,in this case i have not been at all impressed with the absence of proper business acumen allowed by the vendor.
On a scale of one to ten,zero would be appropriate.

Ich habe bei gardenscapes mehrfach erlebt; dass abgeschlossene Spiele nicht mit den angezeigten Boni "belohnt" wurden. Die Unterstützung vom Support ist hierbei mangelhaft, da immer wieder gleiche stereotype Aufforderungen kommen wie z,B, ein Video von einem abgeschlossenen Spiel zu machen. Je weiter man im Spiel kommt,desto lockerer muss die Geldbörse sitzen!

Assolutamente un gioco (gardenescape) truffa

Spiel schränkt Spieler ein die viele Ressourcen über Jahre gesammelt haben. Support hat das so kommuniziert. Ist für mich Betrug. Vorsicht

Eigentlich gar kein Stern,total unfair geworden. Spiele es von Anfang an es ist so schlecht geworden . Früher war es lustig und hat Spaß gemacht.Es ist ja für Kinder , die kann man da nicht mehr rann lassen. Der Batten für s kaufen ist gleich neben dem Fischfutter,wie praktisch 🤢 Die Level sind nicht mehr zu bewältigen wenn Mann kein Geld einsetzt.Mir sind auch schon einmal über 700000 erspielte Taler einfach weggenommen worden. Support nur KI generiert und unhöflich und unsachlich wenn man überhaupt eine Antwort erhält.Man hat mir als Ersatz die in der Zwischenzeit wirkungslosen Booster .gesendet Keine Erklärung keine Entschuldigung kein fairer Ersatz. Danke Playrix,habe aber Mitleid mit Euch .Ihr seid ja so arm dran!

Ik heb van het begin af aan nog iedere pas GEKOCHT die je maandelijks kan kopen om meer schuurvolume en extra spelopties te krijgen. Nu had ik besloten dat ik de Paaspas een keer over zou slaan. Toen werd ik afgestraft. Het volume van mijn schuur werd gedownsized met 150 volume. HOEZO DAN!!! Ik betaal toch 5 euro per pas dus dat schuurvolume is toch dik betaald. Sorry Plarix Township, maar dit gaat werkelijk té ver, jullie pikken zo gewoon mijn geld en maken het leuk spelen door al jullie acties steeds minder leuk. Ik weet niet of ik het zo nog lang leuk vind om te blijven spelen.

Absolute Abzocke! Es geht nur noch darum, Geld auszugeben, ansonsten ist das Spiel nicht mehr zu bewältigen.

Egal welches Spiel, es ist reinste Abzocke und wird immer schlimmer .... ohne Geld zu investieren kommt man so gut wie nicht weiter, auf Anfragen beim Support wird nicht reagiert und man hat keine Möglichkeit sich anderweitig an den Support zu wenden. Die Spiele sind sehr fehlerhaft und man verliert Dinge die man eigentlich gekauft hat bzw. bekommt man manches teilweise gar nicht erst. Aber das ist den "Machern" egal denn es gibt genug Spieler die trotzdem in diese Spiele viel Geld investieren und das langt denen. Auf die , die nicht zufrieden sind kann man deswegen verzichten .. danke Playrix ... für eure Ignoranz und für den Umgang mit uns Kunden ...

I think this is the worse experience i ever had in games!! The game forced me to reinstall it, and i lost all my progress! I was over 3100 levels, spent money and lot of time to achieve it and it disappear.. contacted the support, via chat and emails, with lot of information and screenshot of payments too and all of a sudden, they are not able to find my account!! This in unbelievable!! Taking days to reply to a message and they can’t help anyway!! UPDATE- managed to finally talk to a real person, Michael, and he was able to help me out.

Hände weg vor diesem Spiel! Die Spielbetreiber kriegen einfach nie genug, Township war zwar schon immer recht Kostenintensiv, was da aber jetzt abgeht ist nur noch reine Abzocke. Bitte liebe Spieler, die einzige Sprache die sie verstehen ist, wenn ihr konsequent nur noch minimalistisch spielt und KEIN Geld mehr investiert bis sich da wieder mehr Fairness bemerkbar macht.
