Township is a game I’ve played for six years now. My green money is now going missing, I’ve contacted playrix and they say to reload the game. My money is still depleting and I’m not spending it. Other people on Facebook township family are now experiencing it. Not happy.

Homescapes is a great game of theirs, a perfect one for killing time. Haven't ever spent any money on it and haven't encountered any bugs or issues in the process. Sure, some levels are so difficult they take you days and it's annoying but still quite a great game with an interesting plot and additional events.

Complete scam. Locks you out of the game for no reason, even after spending money. No help from customer service as they have no customer service. Not surprising thinking they’re founded by Russian hackers…

Nachdem ich ein "Goldenes Ticket" gekauft hatte, wurden die erworbenen Fähigkeiten (z.B. mehr Platz in der Scheune), ohne Ankündigung entzogen. Dass das "Goldene Ticket" lediglich auf Zeit erworben wird, wurde mir nicht mitgeteilt. Ich sehe schon, dass Geld verdient werden muss, aber da sollte man neue Dinge erdenken, die man anbieten kann, anstatt bereits gekaufte Vorteile zu entziehen und diese dann nochmals verkaufen wollen.
Schade!!!

Habe jetzt mehrmals versucht Hilfe zu bekommen. Keine Chance.
Mein Problem bei Township, habe es eigentlich gerne gespielt, das meine Stadt verschwunden ist bzw. ich keinen Zugriff mehr darauf habe. Es kommen immer die gleichen, nicht hilfreichen Lösungsvorschläge von der KI. Soll aus meiner Stadt, die verschwunden ist, eine Anfrage senden. Habe den Support alle hilfreichen Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt. Dann hat man die Chance, Joshua zu erwischen und der verspricht "das bekommen wir schon hin". Schicke erneut alle Informationen und 2 Tage später kommt Kathie mit der Standartantwort "vielen Dank das du dich an den Support gewendet hast..😠
Habe auch darum gebeten, als Endlösung, meine Stadt zu löschen. Auch das funktioniert nicht. Man wird nicht an den technischen Dienst weitergeleitet bzw. an jemanden der das reparieren könnte.

Der Support macht es sich sehr einfach, " wende dich ans Unternehmen" Frechheit, lässt den Kunden der Geld bringt im Regen stehen. Bin richtig sauer und enttäuscht.

Horrible, deceitful money-making practices. They don’t tell you how much they really take from your payment method. And it’s LOT! They swindled my relatives out of $13,500 over a period of 1.5 years. We are contemplating a legal action. Stay away!

spaßige Spiele „Homescapes“ und Gardenscapes - aber teilweise Level zum Haare raufen!!! Fragt man sich, was oder ob sich die Entwickler überhaupt was dabei gedacht haben. Teilweise völlig irre, mit den paar Spielzügen nicht zu schaffen, völlig unrealistisch und utopisch! Und ohne Käufe kommt man kaum bis gar nicht weiter! Schade, macht keinen Bock mehr…

This game started out being a fun experience up until I made in game purchases. I purchased the piggybank one time of 4.99 and 14.99 however, after checking my emails from Apple and bank records I was charged way more than these two payments. The full piggy bank a total of x3 times was charged but I only received one item. Today checking my emails discovered another charge of 4.99 for the piggy bank which is odd as I ceased making any purchases from the time of being over charged. I have made a complaint to Apple and have requested a refund but knowing Apple and those who run these games it will fall on deaf ears and I will be left out of pocket!! Sadly loved playing this game but township game is now deleted, I will avoid this game and any others like it for the simple reason their Greed tactics takes the fun out of playing their games.

Fishdom used to be a fun game for all but they just didn’t want to keep customers happy, they just want your money. Don’t download it, it’s terribly addictive and all they will do is try and squeeze money from you. I gave this game 5 stars 3 years ago but now the game cheats and the customer service is appalling. Save yourself from the torture.

Their "support" is a joke. They took 9 hours to respond and then did nothing for 3 days, after which they informed me they would do nothing. Played their game for 4 years. Contacted them 3 times, they are useless. Deleted their game and will NEVER do business with them again. Waste of time and money. And yes I cussed them out, so go ahead and pit me in timeout or whatever. A lifetime ban from Playrix would be great, then I could be 100% sure of never giving them another cent. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Nachdem ich bereits mehrere Onlinespiele ausprobiert habe bin ich bei Township gelandet. Es läuft bei mir auf meinem iPad zuverlässig seit 4 Jahren. Die Grafik ist ausgezeichnet und wurde im Frühjahr diesen Jahres durch ein Update verniedlicht, was ich ausgesprochen super finde. Das Spiel wird wie viele andere kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt, man hat allerdings die Möglichkeit durch reelle Ingameinvestitionen sich einen Vorteil zu verschaffen. Dies ist jedoch jedem freigestellt. So ein Spiel ist als ablenkende Freizeitgestaltung gedacht daher verstehe ich einige Kommentare nicht wo es darum geht das man ohne Geldeinsatz nicht weiter kommt und sogar von Abzocke die Rede ist. Es ist jedem freigestellt ob er Geld investiert oder nicht. Ich habe in den 4 Jahren bisher zweimal geringe Geldmengen eingesetzt, einmal um T-Cash zu erwerben, um es mal probiert zu haben und ein anderes mal für einen Goldpass. Ich sehe das Spiel als Entspannungsfaktor und nicht als Zwang, daher spiele ich auch allein, schließlich möchte ich vom Arbeitsalltag abschalten und keinem Gruppenzwang unterliegen. Die Entwicklung der Stadt schreitet daher wie im wahren Leben nur langsam voran, bin auch erst Level 105. Die Mimingames spiele ich nur gelegentlich, komme ich nicht weiter wird es gelassen, für den Städteausbau hat es eh keinen Einfluß.
Ich finde es ist ein sehr schönes Spiel, welches als Kaufversion viel Geld kosten würde. Den 5.Stern gibt es nicht da durch das Update im Frühjahr 2023 zwar die Figuren verniedlicht wurden jedoch andere Animationen abgeschafft wurden.
Alles in allem weiter so.

People come here and do a lot of whining about this game and it's limited play considering they're playing this/these games for free!
They aren't charging people anything to play so how and why is it you give this game bad reviews?
I could see it if people were paying for a subscription, but they aren't! The game maker's are allowing people to play free; albeit that the play is limited, but it is free none the less! These people are in business to make money on these games; they aren't making them available to play just out of their generosity! If you dislike the limited play time, don't play!

Playrix ,Township game , is stilling t cash,t cash bought for actual cash. Costumer Service has every time different excuses to not recompensate the lost.For full of BS answers I was waiting weeks.2 months already passed and nobody cares.I requested conversation with superviser on the beginning of May and still,they are sending my issue from low rank representative to the another low rank representative.Minus 10 stars is to generous for them! And those are examples how they try,and believe me they try hard, to make costumers fools.

I have played both gardenscapes and homescapes since the day they came out. I invested a lot of time (I quit playing and don’t remember my level but it was up there and I restarted a few times) They never use to have ads and then all the sudden during the time we do not speak of, and I thought they added new features. The ads are just complete lies, those little puzzles are not hard and they do not advance the storyline at all. They are just a random bonus and is pointless. It false advertising and I have no clue how any of these app companies are getting away with just lying to us and stealing time and money for some.

It is impossible to get past levels without spending cash, and you never ever receive town dollars anymore. They give you coins, which have been rendered utterly worthless. I’ve been playing this game for 10 years, but I am done!

I started playing Township almost three years ago. At first it was a lot of fun with several side games that added to the experience. I enjoyed the farmer’s truck delivery game (like Frogger), the Flight game (where one flies their plane the farthest) and the Gumball game.
Recently, however, I have noticed a change in these games where it is less about actual skills and more about challenges that involve spending T-cash (T-cash is paid for by purchasing it with real money). Additionally, I have noticed that these games are stacked against the player (example: One is trying to create a rocket which requires one to align 5 similar colors in a row. These colors seldom fall in such a way that the player can actually align them unless one spends several moves trying to get them in the area). In another, one has to connect two power ups (several times in one episode) in order to win that episode. Whoever wrote this program made it extremely difficult to get the two needed power ups near each other. This forces the player to purchase more turns in order to beat that episode.
So, why not avoid playing the side games? These side games are tied to the monthly challenges where one pays $5 in order to be able to earn additional prizes such as game boosters or increased barn storage. One cannot earn the monthly challenge rewards without playing the above mentioned side games.
So, if you want to play Township, have at it as it is a pleasant little game. But don’t fall for spending your money on T-cash unless you are aware that the side games are skewed in Playrix’s favor.
