Plants Express Omdömen 

If there were no stars, I'd give it to this company. I don't know how they are still trading. I ordered a plant in March and after phone calls where I either couldn't get anyone to pick up or someone said they would call back and never did, plus countless emails firstly asking where my order was and secondly asking for a refund I've got absolutely nowhere! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Have not received plant order (21st June, £46,97) after nearly one month. They do not answer the phone or emails. I have just tried one last time and sat on phone for nearly 10 min on hold.
These people are unreliable and I have now asked bank for a charge back.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
They do not deliver your order. They do not answer emails. The advertised ‘customer service’ number is an outsourced number who cannot answer any questions. They say they’ll pass on a message but nobody rings you back. I’ve done a Chargeback with my credit card.
I think this is a fake company. Website looks great but it isn’t real

Awful. Bought 4 artificial bamboo plants and the quality was terrible. Asked to return with refund. Firstly online to which it advised I would hear from someone in 48 hours. I did not - so I called and someone from customer services said that they would get someone to come back to me. They didn’t. I emailed again - no reply. Called again and the customer services team said they were just a outsourced call centre - could only pass on the message but again got no reply. Went through a charge back with my bank but no one has replied to them either. Dont buy from this company.

I ordered two olive trees for my brothers birthday, they didnt arrive, so I emailed, and emailed and emailed and telephoned twice, every time I was told someone would call me back - noone has. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are scammers. I spent £79.98, have no trees and no refund.

This company is fake they have taken my money and not sent my order when i call up to ask about the order they cant help you , they have passed the information onto another department etc basically getting the run around etc SCAM SCAM SCAM ,AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Things go wrong in this world .. it’s how it’s handled that win or lose customers..
Placed an order for the first time , given the sign up additional discount . All seemed well .. chased up as not heard anything from Plants Express for a few weeks ( clearly not Express) .
I established that they use an external tracking app .. apparently my package had been delivered that day .. messaged plant express .. no response .. not even an acknowledgment.. called them by telephone
2 days later , promised a call back from the call handling supplier .. no response ..called again + 24 hours later.. no response ..
Beginning to wonder if this is a scam operation .. please be careful placing any orders with this company .. passing itself off as a legitimate business with near identical name ..

Fake company!!!! Avoid.... Order placed and never recieved. Customer service email does not reply and phone line is an answer service, so part of the whole fake profile. Do not buy from here!

There were no updates regarding delivery. I eventually had to use the Shop app and discovered that my parcel had apparently been delivered. It has never turned up, and after an initial email from the company I have heard nothing else. I have sent numerous emails and called their helpline with no action.
Avoid this company.

You will not receive any plants, the phone number listed goes to a different company, the chat facility doesn’t work and the only response you will receive via email is an automated “we are looking into it “
VERY PLAUSIBLE SCAM SITE

Ordered plants in February and have not received them. Sent repeated emails requesting a refund. On April 23, the company responded and indicated they would send the refund immediately. Effective May 5 and after repeated emails requesting my refund, no response has been sent.

This is very sad that a group of individuals in a company would repeatedly do this.

Terrible, received a broken tree. Asked for a refund 3 times and I have still not received it, it has been nearly 1 month. Very bad customer service. Please do yourself a favour and do not order from this company at all. I have rang my credit card company and they are looking into the matter.

I still can’t believe this company is getting away with scamming its clients in such a deliberate way. I am taking them to court. It’s simply no good the internet lets these companies exist.

Ordered a plant from this company got an email to say the order was placed & money taken, after 11 days & finding various ways to inquire about my order after I'd complained a few times got a email saying I'd get a tracking number & delivery within 2 days, no tracking number & no plant arrived, emailed again asking for a refund after 2 days they got back to me & got a refund, saying sorry for the poor service!!!avoid this company, !!!!

My order has not been delivered and despite multiple emails and phone calls I have been unable to get a response from plants express other than someone will call me, but no contact as yet.
The order also doesn't show up on the shop app as stated in their confirmation email.

Scam company, avoid. Now having to make a section 75 claim

Ordered something from them, was waiting for 4 weeks. Started to email them regarding the order, agreed to cancel it. Was waiting for the refund for another 3 weeks. They've stopped replying to my emails at some point.
Scam. Avoid.
