Initially, I was concerned about the absence of Trustpilot reviews, so I did additional research and reached out to them. Their prices were significantly lower than other dance stores. I managed to save £20 on a pair of Jason Samuels tap shoes, and they arrived the following day. Thank you! My daughter is thrilled and can't wait to wear them.
Superb range of dancewear and dance shoes at great prices. The staff are really knowledgeable and friendly and the customer service is excellent both in store and online.
Brought a dance uniform from this company. Sizes come up very small. Requested an exchange for a larger size but was told no because it was a printed item. Despite them showing photos of the printed item for sale in their photos so I just thought they held stock for the dance school. Apparently not and they argued it was printed and can’t possibly exchange because will lose money. Never mind about the £50 I have lost on uniform that doesn’t fit. They could have resold as it wasn’t personalised to child but the shop didn’t want to “hold stock”.
I bought a significant amount of items on this occasion. Whilst paying, I noticed the staff whispering behind the counter. I had been helped by one of the staff members and we had referred to the dance school website throughout the visit. I was also with two children from the same dance school and we had spent the time shopping together as a group. At payment the other parent had her discount honoured whereas I did not. When I questioned this, I was told I couldn’t be reimbursed or offered a refund as I had not used the dance school discount code at checkout! I am disgusted at this blatant decision to treat me differently to my friend. Awful service. I shall be informing the dance school and hope they affiliate themselves with a different shop. Such a shame as up to this point I’ve always had a positive experience and so I had shared my daughter’s list of items she wanted for Christmas with family and friends to support this local businesses. Time now for us to support a different local business!
I ordered a bag a month ago and has never been delivered. I’ve emailed and call but have had no response and no money back
Fantastic price on JSams tap shoes. Customer service was fantastic with quick replies to queries and arranging next day delivery. Thank you Lizzy for all your help. You were amazing. My original order was out of stock and didn't come in when it was meant to, but Lizzy sorted it out and made sure I received them in time for Christmas as they are a present for my daughter. Couldn't have asked for more.
Was a bit worried as they didn’t have trust pilot review so did a bit more research and spoke to them. They were alot cheaper then other dance shops. Not only did I save myself £20 on some Jason samuels tap shoes I got them the next day. Thankyou daughter is very happy and looking forward to wearing them.
