nearly 5 months to deliver my crwn order with zero updates.

Ordered a jersey and a hoodie on the 30th of october 2025, was meant to be delivered within 2-4 weeks which was no problem, it got to 2 months where i started to question it, after countless emails and comments on masons and noahs tiktoks, with no reply to anything by the way, no updates whatsover, i finally received my order yesterday which was the 20th of march 2026, which means it took 141 days or 4 months and 3 weeks. and to top it off they didn’t update me that my parcel was out for delivery or has been delivered.
also crwnnoah blocked me on tiktok for asking where my order is. laughable brand and business, would not recommend to anybody. wish i could give 0 stars.

Avoid these scammers

Avoid these scammers. Bought 3 hats and instantly regretted my purchase when I opened the parcel. I have emailed them several times to return for refund, but no reply. There should really be a zero star system.

Don’t waste your money.

Bought two baker boy hats waited a couple of months for delivery. When they eventually arrived the quality was so poor they weren’t worth the postage paid to deliver!!

No organisation

Made my order on the 29th of may tired contacting them multiple times about when my order would be shipped but all attempts were useless, order was finally shipped out on the 30th of July so here I was glad that I wasn’t scammed but out of all the postage company’s they could have used it just had to have been Royal Mail. The issue that I ran into with Royal Mail was that my order was being held because either CRWN did not pay enough postage or because their was a customs fee due payment. I had no issue with paying whatever fee Royal Mail wanted because at this point I was just sick off everything and just wanted the jersey, So I attempted to pay the fee but I couldn’t as I never received a card that’s meant to have the details I needed in order to pay the fees so I tried contacting Royal Mail to send the letter or tell me the details I needed in order to pay the fee but like CRWN Royal Mail doesn’t reply to emails nor calls as they had me in wait times of up to 1 hour and 30 mins which I eventually just hung up as I came to the realisation that it was pointless( bear in mind I called about 5 times). I tried to contact CRWN again through their website( after they did another drop even though orders from the previous drop weren’t shipped yet), their instagram, TikTok and I even tried contacting the owner which was pointless. So now my Royal Mail is about to return my order which is unfortunate as the jersey was clean I also probably won’t get a refund as well, 80 something euros gone to waste

SCAM! Please don‘t burn your money!

I placed my order back in May – it’s now August, and I still haven’t received anything. No updates, no tracking, nothing.

Contacting customer service is completely pointless – nobody replies.

Don’t waste your money like I did. It’s a shame, because the clothing looks great – they wouldn’t even need to scam people if they just delivered what they sell!

Ordered about 2 months ago now

Ordered about 2 months ago now. never arrived, and they pulled additional 50€ from my bank account under a different name. got my 50€ back after i contacted my bank, but 82€ for the jersey are gone now and i can’t get them back. and the jersey will probably never arrive

Breach of contract

Ordered on 3 June. Not received. Emailed support @crwn.uk and no response. Have emailed again to say this is a breach of contract and that I intend to contact Trading Standards if I don't receive a refund within 7 days.

i bought two waffle knit tops for me…

i bought two waffle knit tops for me and my friend from their drop back on 20th december 2024, and only 3 and a half months received only one of the items, and tried repeatedly contacting customer service and in their social media post comments sections, and still havent got the second item. at the time of the order there was an additional £18 VAT charge which they said would be refunded and never was, so ended up paying £108 for one top when it was £45 each. Absolute horror show from the brand, who just scam you and have possibly the worst customer service ever seen.

Scammers

They are scammers.
I ordered for like 80£ on clothes never got anything. They also dont have costumer support and they dont respond on insta dm or email. Worked very hard for this money but got scammed.

Shocking spent £50 on a hoodie for my son's birthday two months ago and it still hasn't arrived. No one responds to your email. Absolutely gutted you work hard to buy these things and there are people out there who take your money and don't deliver.

TOTAL FRAUDS

Would give this company 0 stars if I could. My son spent £90 of his pocket money on trackies. Never received them and they have now stopped responding to messages. They sent a sweatshirt by mistake, and out of goodwill I returned it at their request-promising me they would sent the correct product. Never did. Total scam here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am appointing solicitors on the case.
