I had an enquiry regarding delivery, had a very prompt and helpful reply. The product I ordered arrived on time and I am very pleased with the quality. Will definitely use Pixum again.

I recently used this website to get a large poster printed before Christmas. I spoke with Morten who was absolutely outstanding going above and beyond and each stage. We spoke on Facebook Messenger and I was assured that the item (that was ordered mid-afternoon on 18th December 2017) would be with me before Christmas day.

Morten could not have been more helpful, knowing how important this gift was. I was constantly updated on messenger and had any questions or queries answered within a few minutes.

On the 20th December Morten told me the print was complete and that it would be leaving North Germany on one of their trucks that evening. A tracking number was given to me (by Morten) and to my surprise, the item was at my front door in the early afternoon of the 21st December.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from Morten, thank you very much.

If I could find out how to use the "software" it would be a different rating...they don't respond to emails

Loved the case with the photo, but it broke when putting it on frame, so poor quality, therefore poor value.

Since writing this review, pixum have given me a full refund, without being asked.
Am very impressed & will definitely use pixum again.

I was so pleased with the photos from our recent trip to Venice that I decided to make a Photo Book using Pixum. The results are absolutely spectacular and the service I received was as speedy and efficient as usual. Thank you so much!

I used Pixum a few times now and was always happy with their services. On one occasion there was a tiny problem with the product and Pixum sorted it out beautifully and quickly. I'll be definitely using their services again. And special offers are always a bonus.

Very easy and intuitive to put together a lovely quality book. My only gripe was that it crashed a few times whilst compiling but fortunately autosaved so not a great inconvenience. Would have given it 5 stars had it not been for this issue.

As a keen photographer and a perfectionist I compile a family year book every year using Pixum. I have around 13 books now and each one is of excellent quality.

The older books have not lost any image quality at all, and all books are as good as the day they were printed.

I spend around £60 each year which I feel is worth it as I have a book of memories at hand instead of digital images scattered all over hard drives.

I am hard to please when it comes to photo books. I am very pleased with Pixum and highly recommended them.

4 stars instead of 5 not because of quality patterns but only because order products in different languages is impossible connecting with "pixum.com" and it's necessary to connect with each national subsidiary what gives a lot of unuseful work, repeating the same picture's downloads, product's choice, presentation, etc. ... why not a easy website with a multilingual choice for the specific products containig n a langauge such as calendars !

The items I received I would honestly rate a minimum of 5 stars. Very well made, excellent quality and arrived very quick. However I was purchasing a gift as a surprise present for my girlfriend and I wanted to contact Pixum to make sure there would be no way she could find out what this was if she took the post. This is where the stars drop... there is no contact telephone number for the company, the only was of contact is by a contact form with limited information sent via an email. So I sent the email but did not receive a reply until AFTER I received my item around a week later. The response I got was a friendly response stating it would not declare the contents inside, however when she received the post it was clearly labelled “photo book from pixum.” As mentioned above great items but I think the company needs to have a much better contact system and they type of products they sell must have a big gift sales backing so the labelling on the posting is very disappointing

Ordered a wall print, it arrived and was heavily pixelated. Have contacted the company three times regarding refund and had no response. Total rip-off.

I have just received my fourteenth book from Pixum, each one has been well produced, every photo I’ve added has been reproduced acutely, the quality of the books is second to none, I recommend Pixum to everyone who asks about where I get my photo books.

Postage is too expensive compared with other similar companies. Cost of postage is not clear at the start of the order process.

Had some poster prints done and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. Nice.

Yes, they are a bit more expensive than other companies. But, having tried others, I think it's worth it.
