I am really unhappy with the provided service, my package has not been delivered. It seems it was lost somewhere, company cannot provide information about the package. It is super hard to reach the customer service.

Great print quality & end product. Really pleased with my finished order. So many custom features. Quick dispatch.

Sidder hele eftermiddagen og laver en fotobog, da jeg så skal ligge den i kassen, siger den at produktet ikke fåes i øjeblikket,"Find venligst et andet produkt."
Altså billederne er jo ligesom lagt ind til en bestemt størrelse bog.
Hvorfor så ikke sørge for ,at man ikke kan lave/ sætte billeder ind i den størrelse fotobog/produkt inden man går i gang med den, når i ikke har den.?🤬☹️

No response to any questions on their customer service, they took my money and have delivered nothing! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a photo advent calendar. Arrived in time and looks great

Ordered a personalised Advent Calendar and it hasn’t arrived. I contacted Customer Support/Services and all I got back was an automated reply email as this company doesn’t have a phone number. Very disappointed.

Terrible website where to build your own book. Design wise a nightmare. And zero service client. I made a 56 pages book and the site only let me print 24 pages. I would suggest to use a different site. Evitare evitare. Terribile creare un libro con il loro sito, e servizio clienti inesistente.

Use Pixum for all my photo books. Good quality prints and fast delivery.

Do not believe their quick delivery promise or their satisfaction guarantee. I ordered a photobook on 6th September for an expected delivery on 13th sept as per their stated delivery time on their website and confirmed at the time of order. On 12th september, the delivery suddently changes to 25-27th so I enquire with an email (as you can neither call or chat) and 4 days later, I am still waiting for an answer. Really disappointing, especially as we'll miss the special occasion this photobook was for!

I’ve used Pixium for over 10 years and found the quality of photo books to be excellent. The editing system is very to use although I would not recommend taking the matt paper option.

I made my first fotobook ever in november. I was astonished how easy it was with Pixum! I got my books a few days ago and I am very delighted with the result and the high quality of the books and the hole process.
I had some questions with my payments and the voucher, I contacted the Pixum Customer Service and got immediately help to my questions, thank you Jinke F!

Ordered an advent calendar, never arrived still hasn’t. Been refunded but still told it will arrive. It won’t, waste of time and now I’ve got disappointed people who were looking forward to one this year

If I could give less than 1 star I would, ordered a photo advent calendar which never arrived twice. They blamed the fact the delivery address which was incorrect, which is wasn’t I checked it. After the 4th dec and still no dispatch date, I asked for a refund which was given in full with no apology for their poor service or any kind of care about the situation. They even deducted the postage fee from my refund so I’m out of pocket! Awful, don’t use.

Finally after getting a rubbish response, This company has the audacity to send me a new advent calendar and take my money AGAIN!!!!! without my permission. so now I've paid for two advent calendars worth over £50 that i do not have. Also it is now the 5th December so they are no use to me!! I have asked for a refund, lets see if they respond.

This was my first experience of using Pixum or any similar company. I had a large number of photos on my home PC which I wished to have printed in an album designed to celebrate our Golden Wedding anniversary. After a few teething problems trying to work out what to do, I managed the process successfully. I found Pixum dealt with it all efficiently and am happy with the result

Absolutely Terrible company. I wouldn’t give it one star if that was an option.We have been with Pixum along time. Recently we have found that they have deleted every single photo we had uploaded. The photos were cherished memories and I thought they would be safe with Pixum.
I couldn’t of been more wrong. Please do not use Pixum, if you think your photos will be safe. They deleted every single photo without communication.
We are extremely upset at losing all the photos.
Again do not use Pixum, from a very unhappy and upset customer.
