The map that I ordered was damaged during shipping and they sent out a replacement right away. The map is exactly as described and higher quality than what I saw elsewhere.

Love the map.
Our experience with this map maker was very positive. I would suggest that they provide pins that are easier to see on the map. The silver and or gold pins are pretty but blend too easily into the blue and gray backgrounds.

America Trips are Great Again!
I am so pleased with this purchase. It is a wonderful map of the USA. There are many cities clearly delineated. The colors work perfectly for wall hanging in our Entertainment Room Basement. I will have to figure out how to hang it since the hardware is on the left and right of the frame instead of top and bottom. However, I am hoping that hanging won't be too much of a problem. The frame is extremely well made, and it was extremely well packed. Thanks for a wonderful product!

A great anniversary gift for my wife!
My wife and I have been prioritizing travel lately and this adventure map was the perfect gift for our recent anniversary. The map turned out even better than I was expecting. the item was poor quality for the price…
the item was poor quality for the price it cost.
You did fine on the printing and personalization, but the paper of the map is poor and appears it would rip easily. also appears as though it had been folded for a long period of time and someone tried to iron out the wrinkles. also the frame is not what I expected with this price on the item.

Our framed push pin maps are printed on fine-art grade watercolor paper with smooth artistic texture, mounted on a foam board, and framed in a wooden frame.
The paper we use is thick and tested to withstand pins, and foam board protects print from damage using the map. All products are printed after the order is made, and are not stored or folded in any way or form.
We sent you a follow-up email with some additional questions and possible solutions to ensure the product you received meets our quality standards.

Map is beautiful! Customer service was very helpful with our customization. The package arrived quickly and the was safely packaged. We purchased the dark navy background, and there are some city names in black font that you can't see very well against the navy. On the other hand, the map is very classy looking and would probably look cluttered if all city names were visible. We can't wait to hang it up, travel, and pin!

The map was delivered to the US and arrived by courier very promptly and at the date stated. The recipient loves it and although I did not see it yet, she had assured it is of good quality. The service was excellent with an email to preview the map before finally deciding to order.
