Pin Adventure Map Omdömen 

Ordered map on 9/3/2026. Have yet to receive shipping confirmation as of 9/24/2026. I have emailed the company twice through their customer service page, but have received no customer service. Buyer beware.

This is the second map that I ordered from this company. I have it in our lake level where we share space with couples renting our suites. We are now in an international market so I’ve added the international map next to the US map for people to pin where they are from. Looks great!

They customized my map and I love it.

A very poor experience and I’m still angry about it. Firstly they delayed delivery by getting the personalisation incorrect on the first proof. Then I paid £18 for expedited delivery because it was needed as a gift by a certain date but it was sent by standard delivery and they blamed DHL (they obviously just paid for standard delivery and kept the difference). When I complained they apologised but said there wasn’t anything they could do, however they would give me a refund of £37. I’ve now chased 3 times and they are ghosting me. I feel really let down by this company.

Customer service was super helpful and got our map to us in time for our son’s birthday! The map is nicer than expected and wrapped beautifully.

the pins are ok, although the tip is not so sharp so it is difficult to get them into the cardboard. Furthermore, the shipment was made to a collect point and not to my home address, as communicated at the time of the order

Exerlent product very pleased with the quality of the map.arived one day earlier than expected. It was packaged very well and no damage to it whatsoever.

1. It would be great to have larger size options.
2. The included pushpins are a bit small; offering larger ones would be helpful.

Map was well made and very well packed for international shipping.

I ordered a map as a birthday gift to myself. Unfortunately I had some issues with the map board warping, but customer service has been absolutely exceptional and very kind with their support in trying to solve the problem. The map is of beautiful print quality and the personalization option is very nice. Shipping was quick and within a week I had the personalized map delivered to my place.

I received the wrong color frame. When I reached out for assistance I got none. Overall we like the map and keeping but disappointed management didn’t recognize the mistake and offer any decent solutions.

Couldn't love the map we purchased more. The quality is exceptional! The customization process was seamless, and shipping was fast.

Excellent quality, thick paper. Came in quickly even though it comes from Latvia. Next time I would just pay to have it come already framed, but my DIY job turned out great.
