Purchased a chair on Amazon. It was ugly. It isn't that I changed my mind....it's that it was trash. They took down thwir listing and now I have to pay return shipping for a chair thay sucks. I have no way to prove that it said free returns. Why is a lighting company even trying to sell chairs????

The turn around time for ordering and shipment was as promised and fast. The items were as expected. The recliner was more complicated than the arm chair to assemble but looks great.

I received the two beautiful chairs which I ordered last week. They arrived very timely. They were packed very securely. Easy to assemble the few pieces, even with my arthritic fingers. Clearly written assemble directions (not just pictures). Beautiful craftsmanship. And the price was very reasonable! These guys delivered!

Chair arrived in great shape but the hardware and allen key are missing. I would have given you a five star but I cannot put the chair together without the screws!

We bought two chairs which looked very nice and were well packaged but unfortunately did not work in our space. They advertise a return policy so we asked for instructions and labels to return the items. Its been two week and there has been no action to let us do this. They have a CHAT but NO ONE chats with you. It goes into cyberspace I guess. Also, we've emailed, (there is NO phone number to call) and it took days to get one reply that said they'd be in touch. Two weeks and 6 emails later, STILL NO SOLUTION :(
Where is their customer service? We need to return these chairs and we cannot get any assistance. Very frustrating!

They’re comfortable and completely silent when turning. Make sure to check the dimensions, as they are low, but that’s exactly what I wanted. The fabric seems durable and adds a great pop of color to my new place in Florida.

We used two of these in our office, and they're just right. They're light enough for my partner and me to carry upstairs and lift over the banister. Small enough not to crowd the room, yet still comfortable for my partner, who is 6'3".

The chair was delivered quickly, easy to assemble, and looks fantastic. The color is exactly as advertised, and the size fits perfectly in my smaller home. Very happy with this purchase!

This chair is absolutely stunning! It’s the most beautiful, comfortable, and aromatic chair I’ve ever owned. The swivel base made of beautiful wood adds a touch of elegance, and the feel and smell of the leather are incredible. It’s now my favorite piece in my home!
