Wanted to strengthen my hand/wrist following boxers fracture to 5th metacarpal. I can recommend the physio balls as being ideal for anyone with a similar injury. They were delivered quickly and a decent price too.

parcel arrived on time, unfortunately the product is very uncomfortably to wear with the velcro digging in, would need to wear something underneath to alleviate but would be too tight to allow, otherwise product is well made
