Photobook Canada Omdömen

You can create a story based on your photos. They are quality books and paper. You can add as many pics as you want. Get creative and have fun!

Customer service was excellent! They were prompt to respond to my email and very courteous and professional although the mistake was on my end. Have made a number of books with Photobook Canada and have always been very happy with service and quality.

Photobook designer software provides endless options to create beautiful layouts and creative designs. The layflat hardcover book is a gorgeous coffee table book. Great features, excellent image quality, the easy-to-use software, and even readily available technical support (although it really isn't needed - the software is intuitive and easy to use).

I have been staying with Photobookcanada since 10+ years ago and never turned back to other companies since then. I produced more than 50 photobooks over these years and was never disappointed. I can see them having immense improvement over the years both with the product quality, choices as well as adherence to the timeline of production and shipment. Their customer service has always been responsive in a timely manner. The only negative is that their shipment fee has been increasing quite a lot over these years which is understandable in view of the inflation. My way of reducing the impact is to get ready a few projects before sending out for order to cut down the shipping cost. I definitely have no reservation in recommending the company to anyone who wants to produce good quality photobooks.

I have created photo books with this company for many years, and I am always impressed with the quality of the photo books, and the special prices to produce them.

Recently I made a silly mistake with one of my photo books, and I phoned Photobook. The customer service people were truly wonderful. They helped me to correct my error, and the books, when they arrived, were just what I wanted.

Thank you Photobook: I strongly recommend your company to anyone who wants a great experience and a wonderful photo book.

I had an issue with expired Groupon vouchers over the timeframe of the pandemic. I was aware that the promotional value of the voucher had evaporated, however, the paid value is supposed to remain available for credit towards future purchases. Once I was able to obtain the expired voucher from Groupon, "Ivory" from Photobook Canada Customer Service quickly applied the credit to my Photobook Account. Thanks Ivory!!

Easy to use software and a great product at the end! Really enjoy creating my annual family photo books using Photobook Canada! My friends and family always marvel at the books and have even made their own!

This company does a nice job putting together the finished books. The program you create the books with is user-friendly. I return to them as they are one of the few companies that still have the larger photo books. This fact keeps me loyal to them over others. Finally, I find the prices reasonable.

The only flaw is with the gifs you can add to decorate. They tend to be mixed up at times, there is no search feature, and they are American focused. Still, there are enough gifs that it is possible to decorate and create nice books if you are not American.

Very easy to use.
Finished product was just like i created.
When i had a problem the response time back was excellent.
Have made many books and all were excellent results

I have been using Photobook for years, and have been happy with the results. I have purchased books as well as photo art, calendars, mugs, puzzles and coasters. The quality of all these products is great.

I’ve always been happy with the products received from this company. I look forward to creating and receiving a photobook after every trip! The interface is easy to use with pre-designed templates. All you have to do is upload your pictures and drag them into the available slots.

I rarely have issues with Photobooks Canada and I have made dozens and dozens of photobooks. Recently, I had a small problem and the support team came through in spades. My problem was addressed and solved within days.

In the past I had some issues with vouchers being associated with the book I was designing. Fortunately there is a Toronto office nearby and I was able to visit in person and resolve all my issues as well as get some advice about using the software are keeping up with the upgrades.

As a devoted Photobook Canada user for over a decade now, I can attest from the more than 30 Photobooks I've made over the years that their products are of outstanding quality and beauty. Very good value, too. Design software a breeze to use. Client service is top-notch. Production and product delivery is super prompt. I give them full marks. I've tried all the competitors, but there is no better product than Photobook Canada. With them, you can't go wrong!

I love photobook and have been using them for years, over a decade really. Their product options are endless and the quality is always great. Customer service is always amazing too.

I've designed 20 photo books with Photobookcanada and I am always very satisfied. Quality of the product is excellent, templates very attractives, versatility greatly appreciated, support is fast and useful.

I have been using Photobook Canada for over 10 years. My favourite choice is 11x14 inches lay flat Photobook. Print quality and finishing are very good. Fast delivery and reasonably priced.

I have been using photobook Canada for at least 12 years completing three each year for 3 of my grandchildren as well as several travel books. As a grandmother with very little computer skills I found it much easier than I thought to use. I've had to contact them several times and they always were very kind and supportive especially someone named Andre. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to try them. I have always been pleased with the outcome of my projects. One thing i would like to see more of in their clipart is things for childrens birthdays & parties ie. cakes.balloons gifts party hats etc. As long as they keep up their good work I will continue using them.

Easy to use. Lots of possibility for background. Beautiful color from our photos. They improve regularly the product.
