Sent medication without applicator pen, despite trying to contact them for one or a refund, no response for weeks, company is tremendously unprofessional .
Avoid at all costs!

Take forever to send medication out absolutely useless

I will never order with them. Keep bombarding with Text and emails.

They send out my medicine in two separate deliveries even though it is the same prescription and medication (statin) . Is this so they can charge the NHS for TWO prescriptions as I am exempt due to age?

I ordered goods worth 144 euros and never received products Four months later, I still haven’t received a refund. Horrible customer service. Not recommended. Avoid at all costs

Terrible. I stopped taking my contraceptives due it never being available. I had a prescription for a 'generic' med so ANY, including branded replacement which was always in stock could've been supplied but this never happened.

I am being overwhelmed by emails telling me it's time to reorder. I only got my one prescription through this morning and there's already another email telling me it's time to re-order. Mine is a basic monthly prescription so I can't understand why their system doesn't automatically log up when it's really time to renew. I feel like they have various systems that don't speak to each other.

Pharmacy 4u provide an average service, the problem is that they constantly bombard you with emails. My medication is ordered on a two monthly basis, but you can guarantee that the week after it has been delivered I will get another email telling me I need to request my medication again!!!! This will be repeated every few days until I actually need to order it. The service is ok, but the constant pointless emails are a pain in the backside.

Had to give 1 star, but they do not deserve that, shocking service. Many a time they didn’t have stock of my medication, but this time they said they would investigate and get back to my email within 48 hours, they didn’t, I also rang and they said they would raise a issue and I’d hear back in 48 hours, guess what, they didn’t call back, I rang back and was told my medication was in stock and she would contact the dispensary and get it too me Later that day, and I’d have my medication within 24 hours, , I wasn’t shocked that it still didn’t arrive,nor did the phone call, each time I told them I’d ran out of 2 of my medications,one being a heart one, I rang again and told them I wanted my prescription back so I could get it elsewhere, they sent it back with the codes I needed, I showed boots the email and they got me my 15 lots of medication the following day, I’ve had no apologies from this terrible unreliable company, I will never use again, stay clear !!!!

I placed an order for my meds including insulin on 3 rd August. I hadn’t had a prescription for for several Months as I thought I would use my stocks due to Covid and meds would be short and others may need them. Big mistake after waiting 2 weeks still no prescription the dr said they had sent it. The dr re sent on 13th. It’s now the 27th and phoned last Friday they said they would investigate. Still. Nothing so phoned Monday they sad they would investigate and phone back. No phone call. Phoned Tuesday and again today still nothing just told they would investigate. Absolutely disgusting a month without my meds. Where is my prescription and why won’t you send it to me. Now I don’t hold any hope of getting it before the bank holiday. They have done this before to me. Needless to say I will be making a formal complaint to the nhs. Not a good reflection on them

Are these people for real?

It’s taken them 18 days to to absolutely nothing for my mums meds.

Ordered some alcohol swabs back in March. Still waiting!!! have tried emailing them. No reply. Contacted Sage pay who took the payment. They could not do anything said I need to contact my bank about the payment. As it was only a smallish amount I am just writing it off to experience but will NEVER, NEVER use them again for anything.

Just not fit for purpose of supplying essential medication in reasonable time frames. Even worse voice communication seems difficult or non existent. Reverted to my previous chemist they only took 24hrs to fulfil repeat prescriptions

Absolutely awful. 10 days an Sd still no medication. First they rang to check what brand medication I used (most people would ring the GP surgery) and then I get an e mail saying they are out of another medication. I’ve asked when will it be in and when will it be delivered and to date ive had no direct answer They actually danced around the question and avoided a clear answer

Very poor did not deliver when I rang up the woman would not listen to what I was asking and just wanted to talk

ABSOLUTELY awful they took far too long to send my meds out, and there was always a problem with my orders. Also it was murder trying to talk to someone, no one seemed to know what was the problem, was with them for 3 months and every prescription that they did was very late and, they often did not have my meds in stock. If your thinking of giving them a try, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

i have given them 1 star but after nearly killing me they don't deserve that. If you want your perscription on time go to your local chemist.
i first registered 9 months ago put in my first script but THEY LOST IT
Things did not get much better so i am now back with my local chemist they do the same job and are contactable. I was once on the phone for 35 mins then cut off then another 30 mins and cut off it is almost impossible to get through to them.
