Wrong item sent. No respons until charge back with credit card company was a reality.
Ordered a Mason Pearson Pocket Bristle Brush (Dark Ruby) and received the Bristle & Nylon version instead, a different, cheaper product. Sent 5 emails and made 2 phone calls over 10 days to "Chemist Supermarket" with zero response.
Only got a reply after I raised a chargeback request with my credit card provider on top of discovering that Chemist Supermarket and Online Pharmacy 4U share the same GPhC registration number (9012620) — same business, two or more different storefronts — and emailed the second address a 5th time.
Even then, their first response claimed the wrong item was sent due to a "barcode scan error." After I sent photos again, they admitted that explanation was false and that their own product listing had been mislabelled all along.
Got a full refund eventually, but only after chasing hard and figuring out they operate multiple storefronts to probably avoid these reviews. Should not take this much effort for a wrong-item refund

The item supplied was the correct Mason Pearson product associated with the product/barcode ordered. We provided you with supporting information, including the relevant product link and details confirming the item.
Once you advised that the product was not what you intended to purchase, we arranged for the item to be collected from you and issued you with a 100% refund. You therefore received a full refund despite the issue arising from the particular product/variant selected when the order was placed.
We would always encourage customers to carefully check the full product description, specification and variant before ordering, particularly with products such as Mason Pearson brushes where very similar models can have different bristle configurations.
We also want to make clear that our different websites are not operated to avoid reviews. Where businesses or websites operate under the same registered pharmacy, the relevant GPhC registration information is displayed transparently.
Ultimately, the product was collected and you were refunded in full. We are therefore disappointed that the review suggests you were left with an incorrect product or without a resolution.
For anyone wishing to see feedback from customers who have actually placed orders with us, our website contains a link to our verified review profile. This differs from open review platforms where reviews may be posted independently.
We would simply ask customers to check the exact model and specification they require before ordering, which helps avoid unnecessary returns and misunderstandings.
Scam to be aware of
People need to be aware that this company has created a second one called "chemist supermarket" and have manufactured positive bot reviews. They have stolen money, and refuse to respond. I recommend reporting them to trading standards as they're trying to pull a fast one.

Very disappointing experience with my 1st online meds order
Very disappointing experience with OnlinePharmacy4U. The product I received was different from what was advertised on their website. I provided them with screenshots and even a video recording clearly showing the item that was advertised at the time of purchase.
What was even more concerning was that, shortly after I raised the issue, the website page was quickly changed. When I questioned this, I was simply told, “Our website undergoes many updates daily.”
This response did little to address my concern and left me feeling that the original product information had been altered after the fact. Customers should be able to rely on accurate and consistent product descriptions when making a purchase.
Based on my experience, I would advise others to stay away and think twice before ordering from this website.

Online Pharmacy 4U takes the accuracy of its product information seriously. Our website contains a large number of products and, like most e-commerce websites, product pages, images, descriptions and supplier information are routinely reviewed and updated.
The fact that a webpage was updated following your enquiry does not mean that information was deliberately altered to conceal or retrospectively change the circumstances of your order. Website updates are carried out regularly for a variety of legitimate reasons, including changes to manufacturer packaging, product imagery, supplier information, availability and product descriptions.
We also do not accept the suggestion that we intentionally supplied a misleading product or subsequently altered information to avoid responsibility. Where a customer raises a genuine concern regarding an order, our team investigates the matter against the order details, product supplied and information available to us.
We are happy to review your complaint again and provide a clear explanation of what was ordered, what was supplied and any relevant product or manufacturer information. We would encourage you to contact our customer service team directly with your order details so that the matter can be properly investigated and resolved.
We take customer complaints seriously, but equally we believe it is important that reviews accurately reflect the circumstances and do not imply deliberate misconduct where there is no evidence of this.
Completely Inneficient
Ordered a very specific blood test for myself and my husband. Paid £30 each to the phlebotomist to take the bloods. Online Pharm 4U lab then did a completely different test so we had wasted the £60 phlebotomist fee and needed new test kits.
New tests were sent out but Online Pharmacy 4u refused to cover the further £60 that would need to be spent taking the blood and then we discovered the new tests sent were for something completely different.
Despite all the errors they made they made an unacceptable offer of 30% refund (the blood tests were expensive).
It was only when I threatened to report them to the General Pharmaceutical Council and instigate a charge back with my bank that they refunded the cost of the tests. We are still out of pocket for the cost of the phlebotomist.
Online Pharmacy 4u were obstructive and dismissive throughout this whole episode.
Avoid them like the plague, very badly run.

We would like to clarify that the issue with the original tests resulted from an error at the laboratory rather than an error in the processing of your order by Online Pharmacy 4U. Nevertheless, as you purchased the tests through us, we accept that it was our responsibility to help resolve the matter for you.
Replacement test kits were provided and, following our investigation, the cost of the blood tests themselves was fully refunded. We apologise that the resolution was not as straightforward or as quick as it should have been.
We also appreciate your concerns regarding the additional phlebotomy costs. These charges were paid separately to an independent phlebotomy provider and were not charges collected by Online Pharmacy 4U. We recognise, however, that the laboratory error meant you incurred costs and inconvenience that you had not expected, and we are sorry for the frustration this caused.
We certainly do not want any customer to feel that they have been dismissed or obstructed when raising a genuine concern. Your feedback regarding how the matter was handled has been taken seriously and will be used to improve the way exceptional laboratory issues and associated customer complaints are managed in future.
Once again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and confirm that the blood tests purchased from Online Pharmacy 4U were fully refunded.

Complete and utter scammers
Complete and utter scammers. They advertise next day delivery then try to charge more and send it 48 hours
They also advertise branded products then send you the cheaper generic version
REPORT them to Google. They need to be banned from advertising
This will hurt them more then anything else you can do

Great customer service
Despite a bit of a mix-up with an order, customer service were quick in responding and were excellent in sorting out the problem. Very helpful, very polite and sorted quickly. Unusual to get such a personal and quick service these days - and without an AI bot in sight!

Update: It is not a case of mistaken identity as claimed in the reply!!!!
I placed a large order mistakenly, and when to try to cancell the order a hour later, I got no response, even after phoning them - later the afternoon i received a email saying it has been dispatched and cant be cancelled.
On receiving the order, I naturally ask if I could return for a refund ( this was non perishable items btw), to be met with hostility and obnoxious customer service.
