Echt eine Frechheit.

i contacted PG about a flash power mop that had stopped working , a lovely lady called Christine sorted it out within hours sent me a refund so i can get a new one

Proctor&Gamble continue to advertise diswashing detergents wit the emphasis on putting dishes with large deposits of food residue into dishwashers.
As a service engineer with 50 years experience,this should not be done.I would also recommend Rinsing off all plates with residue on them before placing them in any dishwasher .
While the filter in the bottom of the machine will collect some of the residue ,small particles will get through which will eventually block the spray arms and reduce the quality of the wash .Furthermore grease left on dishes will accumulate in the pipes which eventually cause the machine to malfunction.
Cleaning solutions will only remove a certain amount of these residue .
These issues will eventually result in expensive repairs which could be otherwise be avoided.

Gratis testen funktioniert nicht, wenn man 10 x Fotos hinschickt, alle mit guter Qualität, aber keines akzeptiert wird

Gratis Testen Aktion geht nicht. Mehrere Tage. E-Mails werden auch mehrere Tage ignoriert und bleiben unbeantwortet. Es liegt hier eindeutig Verbraucher Täuschung vor in dem man Gelder nimmt, Werbung gemacht wird und das Programm nicht funktioniert oder etwas geändert wird. Das Thema ist ein Fall für die Verbraucherzentrale und kann jeden Raten hierzu Beschwerden zu schreiben.

The scented products are way too strong and designed to cling and last. Laundry products are the worst and people (me for one) have to move to get away from Tide, Gain Etc because it was hard to breathe.

I have tried to talk to the company but they see it as a "preference" and ignore how many people get sick from their products. Just because we are a minority doesn't mean we deserve to suffer

NOAA has done scientific studies showing how these products cause ozone pollution similar to car smog.

I called P&G Customer Service to complain about the quality of their Bounce fabric softeners.
They didn't seem too concerned and blamed me for keeping the product beyond its "shelf life" ?!!!
I thought shelf life only applied to milk and cheese.
Anyway, they were very nonchalant about my concerns and did not offer any solutions other than going to the store and buying another package and using it.
They also said to make sure the fabric softeners have not expired !
I stopped using Tide years ago and switched to Persil. Much better detergent.
I will now also stop using the only other P&G product that I use, Bounce.

Macht Werbung mit Cash back was dann aber nicht funktioniert.

Auch mit den Wäsche Produkten bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Bei den Gratist-Testen Aktionen bekommt man nie sein Geld zurück. Andauernd bekommt man eine Mail in der steht, dass das hochgeladene Foto nicht lesbar ist. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um. Unverschämt.

I sorry that you feel the need to show human pubic hairs on a tv commercial. We are all aware of what your product can without being so crude. So my options of purchasing your products have changed. Until you realize you can advertise your products discreetly I am switching brands.

Ho acquistato un rasoio Braun serie 9 PRO+, su cui c'era un cashback di €50,
Fatto account su P&G allegato quanto richiesto e arrivata risposta di ringraziamento per l'iscrizione,
A oggi non ho ancora ricevuto nulla il motivo è che non risulta nessuna iscrizione a mio nome, ho risposto allegando loro email di conferma iscrizione, ho rimandato tutta la documentazione... risposta finale:
"Non risulta nessun account a suo nome" Cordiali saluti...
Una verapresa in giro.
Da società così blasonate, non mi sarei mai aspettato nulla di simile, una vera truffa!!

Ho partecipato all'iniziativa "Cashback Oral-B iO" con acquisto effettuato il 24 dicembre 2025 e nonostante ripetetute mail di sollecito e vostre risposte vaghe ad oggi 13/02/26 non c'è traccia di nessun rimborso. Credo che la vostra trasparenza sia da rivedere ed eviterò di acquistare ulteriori vostri prodotti proprio per questo motivo.

Poor customer service. I am waiting for 10 months for a reimbursement of the broken Oral B io9 toothbrushes. Ref 26532910. I keep getting the response: "This is still pending with the internal departments." I have escalated again on the 18th June 2025, with the reference 27286927. Still no reimbursement. This is clearly not acceptable.
