AVOID AVOID AVOID the website/ company Pet Planet at all costs. On 30th MAY I made an order for some of my cats urinary food, as my usual shop was out of stock at the time, and 2 of the boxes arrived seriously damaged in the shipping box and had loose pouches (some of which were spoiled, which I chucked straight in the bin - according to them I should've kept rotting food in my house, in summer months, until they could arrange a collection..). The other 2 boxes were in tact, but one of the boxes was a faulty batch and gave him awful diarrhea. He never has issues with this particular brand of food, so I assumed it was a dodgy batch or warehouse issues. I sent them the remaining dodgy batch pouches back, and I've had no correspondence or any refund at all for the 3 boxes of unusable food they sent. For reference, the 4 boxes alone was £58.57. They've sent a measly £1.69 back, over a month later, for missing treats. This company is an absolute disgrace and their "customer service" a joke at best. I wish I had read through the reviews for PetPlanet before wasting my money with them and dealing with this stressful situation.

Please be careful with who you trust when buying anything, especially pet food. A costly lesson for sure.

EDITED TO ADD to the reply: I was offered a £5 partial refund, for an item that was £58+. I would hardly say that's reasonable as I had to put 2 of the boxes straight in the bin. I also contacted yourselves AND PayPal regarding the dodgy batch, and I didn't even get a reply from yourselves. PayPal agreed with me in that I shouldn't have to keep ahold of rotting food in my house, in the summer months, but as I had discarded them, due to their rules I couldn't get a refund. The 3rd dodgy box was a separate issue that I raised in my escalation, but was ignored. It shouldn't have to get to the point of a PayPal claim in the first place, and you should take better care with both your products and customers. I stand by my review and have found this to be my first and final experience of your awful company.

Fantastic service…..
Recently we ordered a large bag of dog food as usual from Pet Planet . Evri the Courier unfortunately didn’t deliver to us despite tracking saying they had . After repeated emails to Evri we approached Pet Planet to ask for help . Shona in customer service was fantastic and immediately sent a replacement to us as a gesture of good will which we felt was above and beyond . Really recommend this company as honest and trustworthy . Thank you Pet Planet.

We purchased this wheel to replace a cat in motion wheel which lasted just 3 months before becoming dangerous and bits falling of it (note cat in motion fromanother retailer) This one fast cat wheel came quickly was easier to put together and is loads better in every way its quieter nicer looking and a much better price and should it be needed the parts are readily available her in the UK unlike the other one which was from a different retailer the manufacture does not post parts to the UK I already ordered some of the snazzy light up wheels for this one No complaints regarding this company

I contacted Pet Planet when Yodel failed to deliver my order. Shona dealt with my query promptly, & efficiently. They changed courier to DPD & a replacement order was sent via express delivery & my order arrived lunchtime the following day.
Perfect customer service & I will use them again.
I would, however, urge them not to use Yodel again. I find them very unreliable having had orders go astray previously. No issues with DPD.

Superb quality, value and service second to none. The website is seamless and intuitive with excellent delivery options. I was kept informed as to how my order was progressing and it was delivered in perfect condition within a few days.

In response to your reply.I bought a swimming pool which comes with one bung that needs to be attached!I find it amusing you find it acceptable to tell me I didn’t assemble it correctly!It is not a flat pack from Ikea I purchased.

Also 5 people have tried to fit it and not one could do it and all agreed it’s faulty.Maybe you can send someone from pet planet to come and fit it in front of me and let’s see who is at fault here.

Issuing me a refund doesn’t solve this problem and it’s a point of principle the appalling manner in which this was handled by your customer service team and how they could dare tell me I was u willing to listen!

I have asked to be provided with the contact details of the owner of this company and just simply been ignored by customer services team.

My emails to the complaints have still simply been ignored.Avoid using this company

Great products, especially the Yeoww catnip toys - my cats love them! Delivered quickly too

Good range of dog food products at very competitive prices and we now buy all of our dog food from here in bulk as we have a number of dogs. I would strongly suggest using the express delivery option as that is provided by DPD in our area and is 100% reliable. The standard delivery service in our rural postcode area just doesn’t work at all as the provider doesn’t seem to have the coverage. Overall, a very good service and recommended.

I had never heard of Pet Planet until my dog won a £50 voucher in a competition. I ordered so many goodies for her at a very good price (1 of the treats we used to buy from a supermarket were £8:99 we got 3 bags from P.P for £18). Ginger's favourite are the liver brownies xx Very fast delivery too, highliy recommended x

Really very easy to order on line, delivery very quick and fast, also delivery Driver was polite and helpful put the product which was fairly heavy in the hall.

I've used PetPlanet for many years and always had good service and delivery.
Unfortunately my most recent order was lost by Evri. Very annoying but when I contacted PetPlanet they responded within an hour and arranged a redelivery straight away.
This arrived by DPD within a couple of days.
