Brilliant service again today from Peter Tyson – My new amplifier failed within a few days of delivery – ‘infant mortality’ – modern electronics either fail straight away or last forever – Anyway, Peter Tyson was amazing – A new unit was shipped for next day delivery with the old unit collected at the same time – DPD even brought shipping labels, so all I had to do was put the failed unit back in it’s box and tape up – pretty easy!!! – Many thanks to everyone I dealt with at Peter Tyson: Danny in Sales, Luke in Tech Support and Louise and Liam in Customer Service – Great company – Very easy to do business with…

I was interested in a pre-owned REL subwoofer and unfortunately missed the deadline for the special price, so I asked if there was anything they could do. They gave me a discount off a brand new REL subwoofer, something they didn’t have to do but they did it anyway, fantastic service.

First class service. I have been buying from them for years. This time I bought a headphone amp and had issues with the range of the remote volume control. They recommended a different unit and took back the original. All I had to do was pay the invoice and answer the door bell.
