Absolute joke of a company, bought my car in December 2024 had nothing but problems, waited 4 half weeks for a part, rang them 3 weeks ago to see if part had arrived all of a sudden it had, they got the car in that day stated they fixed it but have had same problems and garage I took it to said the work has not been done!!! Also to find out 3L oil more than the max was put in the car!!! Tried to contact numerous times but found out have shut down. Should be ashamed of themselves I have a 4 month old baby and could have caused a crash!!

I Needed Waranty work done...now my Waranty has ended and i still have a few problems.The Big one is they have closed down with no notice! and no futher address or details...Shamefull really.

Ref my post dated the 7th February 2025. It’s now 7 weeks and still waiting for this issue to be resolve. Like I have advised please make sure when you purchase a car from these guys you check the vehicle. Over the last few years my wife has purchased a number of vehicles from Pershore motors but after this experience we won’t be returning. As Ashley is keen to point out they haven’t broken their promise to swap the shelf, how long are we expected to wait.

I bought my car in June. Had nothing but issues since I have got it. Due to warranty I had to go back to the branch numerous of times then not out of warranty I've had to pay the price for buying with them. These issues should have been dealt with before they have sold it on and the garage I have taken it too to get fixed have said this also. Not happy, avoid buying from these.

A first class service. Ben couldn’t have been more helpful. He made what could have been a stressful process of trading in, buying a replacement, plus the admin etc., into a very straightforward experience. Nothing was too much trouble. Would certainly recommend Pershore Motor Group, and Ben in particular.

So positive is sale was easy and seamless. After that it is the poorest customer service I have experienced. Purchased the car is August. Within a week it had broken down and we are 5 months on. And I still don’t have my car that I pay for. I have been nothing but patient waiting for parts. But now i have to say the service is non existent. I have made 20-30 call to then I have had 1 or 2 calls from them with updates. I recently asked Craig the director to call its a week on and nothing. I just want my money back now. As there is no sign of the car, no apology, no compensation no acknowledgment of the issues. I would avoid in The future if your car goes wrong it could be a lottery. If they resolve this I will update the review.

I recently sold my car through the Carwow auction site which was so easy to do, Pershore motor group had the wining bid, they contacted me to explain what would happen next. They arrived at the time we agreed and after transferring the money into my bank account before asking for the V5 they took the car away. Everyone was so friendly, From the director of PMG who was the first to contact me down to the 2 drivers who collected the car. Thank you all very much.

I recently bought a vehicle from the Pershore branch, being looked after by Ben.The whole process was quick and easy and very professional. Highly recommended.

Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They want to get you into a car you want and can afford. The aftercare is second to none. Very happy with the whole experience.

I've purchased multiple cars from Pershore Motor Group, and while the vehicles and initial sales experience with Callum have been satisfactory, I encountered significant issues with their after-sales service. The process of registration and taxation was mishandled, leading to confusion and inconvenience. Despite being happy with the car itself, the lack of effective communication and resolution from their team post-purchase was disappointing. Overall, a mixed experience.

I found a car I liked online on a Saturday afternoon, so popped down to view it. Was met with Ben who was more than welcoming, his customer service was second to none. I had my toddler in tow who he managed to keep entertained also! He was so helpful in going through all options, and discussing the car in detail. Ben wasn’t pushy at all, he was happy for us to go away and have a think etc just a genuine salesman. On Monday morning, I confirmed I wanted to go ahead with the vehicle I had chosen, and by Tuesday afternoon I was driving away in it! Freshly valeted and exactly as described. Had an issue the following day with a light on the dash, was apologised to profusely and told to take it straight in, which I did and they resolved the issue immediately.

I couldn’t recommend this company enough.

Pershore Motor Group made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out, and it’s clear the customer service team takes pride in their work. This level of service reflects wonderfully on Pershore Motor Group, and I’ll definitely be returning for future services.

The after sales service from Pershore Car Sales is terrible. I purchased a car on August 12th and paid the mandatory £149 admin fee for the garage to register and tax the car and sort out the year long warranty which we'd paid extra for. I didn't receive the V5 after a couple of weeks so I called the garage and was told that they'd checked and the car was registered in my name and they'd arranged for a replacement V5 to be sent. This didn't appear and when I called the DVLA I was advised that I wasn't the registered owner. When I called the garage to complain they were then magically able to register the car online and apologised for the oversight. The V5 arrived and the taxation class was still as disabled. Upon checking with the garage, I was advised that this wasn't the garage's responsibility but was the fault of the DVLA. When I spoke with the DVLA they advised me that it was the responsibility of whoever registered and taxed the car - in this case, the garage. I then checked online to discover that since the change of registered keeper which had finally been sorted on 19th September, the car was untaxed and had been since 12th August when I took ownership of the car! I paid the garage £210 to tax the car, so where had my money gone? When I called the garage I was advised that they'd tried to do it on the day we picked the car up, but the post office wouldn't let them and they forgot to advise us! They then advised that I had to go to the post office myself and change the taxation class and pay the tax and they would refund my £210. So what had I paid the garage £149 admin fee to actually do? They certainly hadn't registered or taxed the car. Due to my lack of confidence in the garage I checked the warranty company, as I'd received no correspondence from them (despite checking with the garage previously that it had all been done and told that I wouldn't receive any paperwork as everything was done online) to be advised that there was no warranty in my name on that car. When I called the garage back, they checked and apparently the wrong registration number had been stated to the warranty company which they corrected whilst I was on the line, but without any apology. I received an email from the warranty company advising me that I should have be given a warranty booklet, which I'd never been given. This error was spotted by myself about 6 weeks after I'd purchased the car; what would have happened if I'd broken down in the meantime? I have raised a complaint, as per the complaints procedure on the garage's website, and despite an initial acknowledge and subsequent emails from myself adding to the list of errors, I've yet to receive a response or resolution to my complaint. I didn't write this review earlier as I gave them the opportunity to respond. I'm pleased with my car, but the after sales service is abysmal.
