Alexandros communicates well and keeps in touch throughout the process, from estimate to posting, including photos. My watch returned looking brand new, well packed and with warranty card. I am delighted with the refurbished watch and would recommend Alexandros Photi to anyone considering repairing and restoring a much valued time piece.

The company was up front with pricing, timeline and left me extremely confident that my timepiece was 100% safe.
Not only did they service and repair my timepiece but handed it back to me like new, cleaning and polishing ot some existing scratches.

Just had two 20 year old Tag Heuer ‘Formula One’ watches serviced, reconditioned and polished including brand new original and official Tag cases, as the black “rubber bumpers” and crown protectors were worn down to the steel (a common problem with this model).
Excellent job by Alexandros, both watches back to their former glory.

Alexandros provided a first rate service of my TAG. It has been worn daily by me over the last 30 years and has had a lot of salt water immersion in that time. TAG declined to assist with a full service and I’m glad they did: Alexandros clearly cares passionately about his craft and took great care in the delivery and return of the watch, communicated well throughout; the end product is immaculate and functions perfectly. I didn’t expect a daily-used watch to come back without some sign of wear, but it looks brand new. The watch means a great deal to me. Thank you so much for looking after it.

Previously, I have asked Perpetual Time to service my watch, and have always been happy with the service.
My partner's watch was in desperate need of a full service and various repairs.
She wears her watch constantly, and consequently the watch needed some TLC.
The bezel was replaced, as was the glass, and some springs. A pin in the bracelet also needed replacing.
The watch was given a full service, clean and polish... It now looks like new.
The staff at PT are exceptionally professional and knowledgeable, as well as skilled in their work.
All the work was completed on time and on budget, in line with their estimate. They kept me informed of each stage of the work which put my mind at ease.
I will continue to use PT for advice and anything else watch related. And recommend them to any discerning watch owner or collector
