PerfumeShopping.com Omdömen

1) They sent me aftershave instead of EDT
2) They haven't responded to emails
3) They don't display a telephone number
4) Their website is broken - only way to search is via Google
5) When I demanded a refund under the distance selling law they said that could only be done if I returned the item with an unbroken seal - which was actually a bit of clingfilm which I had to remove to see what I had been sent. They also said to pack it in its original green box when it did not come in any box except the brown outer packaging which has to be destroyed to open it.
6) When I told them this they said that the item was correctly described on the packaging which I cannot confirm as there was no inner pack and is anyway irrelevant as the product is unused and its orginal condition but without the shoddy packaging it was delivered in.
Highly recommend avoiding this dodgy outfit.

Fake fake fake last for about 10 min can’t send back I don’t recommend

Purchased Catherine Herrera 212 it was the Best Price by far and included a free selectable gift. there was free delivery and it arrived 2 days later

The perfume I was looking for was the best price with this company. Estimated delivery time 4 days but delivered early in 2. There was also a lovely tester for a new perfume and 10% off my next purchase with a 3 month expiry date. Packaging was substantial. I cannot fault this company therefore 5 stars

The parfume was fake ,I bought a Burberry classic but it is not what I wanted.Stupid answer,no any respond.🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑

I ordered 24 samples of different perfumes, got an extra one free, my package arrived on time, great service, look forward to ordering again, was easy to contact the seller, who replied straight away.

I experienced some issues with delivery but it was sorted promptly, they took my issues seriously and acted really professionally.
I was really happy with my experience.

Amazing service . Had a slightly faulty aftershave which was quickly replaced along with a returns label . Would definitely recommend 👍

Amazing... Bargain and fast delivery will definitely order again. Came so fast and you get a free gift as well.
So pleased with perfume. Best place to buy perfume.

Brilliant customer service
I emailed as I accidentally gave the wrong email address
They kept me up to date with my delivery and I received the product in 48 hours
Hugo Boss Alive EDP
All round great experience 🙂

This Paloma Picasso Eau De Parfum has a fragrant aroma and is not overpowering. The scent lasts for a few hours well. I have been using this perfume for about ten years and now that it's finished, I have had difficulties finding a reputable supplier in the UK. Whilst searching for this perfume I was fortunate to find it on sale at perfumewholesale at a competitive price. Their customer service team are very knowledgeable and respond to queries immediately.
I shall use this perfume very sparingly, only on special occasions.
I have no hesitation in recommending this perfume and the seller.

Great service with a speedy delivery for a top quality product. Really Pleased.

I emailed this company to track down a product that I had previously bought from them . They replied so promptly with a link straight to the product . Excellent service , would absolutely recommend 😀

What a lovely company this is, delivered when said despite the postal strikes , free delivery and free gifts with your order, thank you 😊

Was worried about ordering for first time but great price, genuine perfume. About to order another

Excellent product and absolutely amazing customer service. Highly recommended this company. They are 💯% honest and reliable and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Easy to navigate website, good selection of products.
Bargain prices, good communication.
Delivered as promised and received a couple of freebies ( took an extra couple of days due to postal strike) not the sellers fault and no big deal.
Very pleased and will def buy more
