Do not use they apply excessive limits to any vets bills so in effect make the insurance useless as the excess and limits minimise the amount they pay to literally zero. Buy better insurance with another provider as once you have a claim is excluded from taking cover from another so bite the bullet pay a little more and get what you pay for - literally no cover for slightly lower premiums so you pay twice if pet falls ill.

Robyn was really helpful when I tried to make a claim. It's a shame the rest of the company aren't. They doubled my premium when they decided my rescue dog was a staffy but I was told she was a mixture of three breeds. They decide what vets fees are reasonable then you're left to pay the rest. I got a quote from other vets in the area who were more expensive then mine. Unfortunately my girl has a heart condition so I can't now change insurance companies. They investigated themselves when I made a complaint and obviously decided they were in the right. It was a farce from start to finish

insurance claim
I have needed to claim on my insurance for my 8 year old dog and the process has gone smoothly and the insurance have paid out a large chunk of the bill. I am very thankful this claim has been dealt with and paid without any issue so thank you. I have been left with 20% to pay myself which is still a large amount of money but I am just thankful they have paid the rest. Would be 5 stars if the whole bill had been paid
