Good product and price
Good product and price. Invaluable advice in choosing the correct variant for my van. Delivery was within the advised period, but docked a star as there was no decent tracking provided by either Perfect Awnings or Tuffnels. It would be good to have some idea which actual date a 27kg and 3.75m delivery was to be made. Perfect Awnings did notify me by email that my order had been despatched and should be arriving within 2 days. Unfortunately it had already been delivered...

Proper service!
I was unsure about the exact product to buy, but my query was answered promptly and clearly. I then placed the order, which was acknowledged and then received an update about a delay in re-stocking, which turned out not to be very long at all. The item arrived promptly after that, well packed too.
I especially like the way Perfect Awnings kept me updated, so many companies don’t!
