I have used PensXpress.com several times over the years. Each ordering experience has been has been hassle free and up to standards. Prices vary but each is a good value.

I was a little nervous about ordering my pens online with no idea of quality and no knowledge of your company. The pens were a gift to my husband for his company, and I wanted them to be of good quality and to look professional. We purchased these pens for our Father's Day service to present to all the fathers in our congregation. We were very pleased with the quality and look of the pens. We will purchase again from this company. The only thing we would change was for the pens to be in boxes for presentation. They did come individually placed in plastic bags/wrap. Will have to check next time to see if that is available.

I was a little worried the quality would be less than great when ordering these pens because of the low price, but I was surprised at how great they turned out. Will be buying more in the future!

Website is very user friendly. Setup the text for my pen with ease, preview shown was helpful and realistic. Pens arrived just as proof shown in about a week. Very satisfied.

I oredered two batches of pens. They were different.

Ofcthe first batch of 100 pens, when I went to give them out, approx 25% had the bottom part broken off so Ihad to throw them in the garbage

Recently I purchased a new color in the same style of pens I always order. You cannot even see the print on the pens (white on orange) and I feel that this should have been caught at some point or at least suggested it be black on orange when I purchased. Sometimes the pens skip but like I said, three out of five times they are very good.

The online program was easy and the pens arrived quickly, however the quality of the pens was much less than I hoped for.

Staff gave excellent service and help.
