Excellent service. Transparent and trustworthy.
The key members of staff responsible for my block were very professional and responsive. I also loved the fact that leaseholder meetings were held at the local pub(!) and appreciated that it meant a very long day for the staff involved. I only had one disappointing experience in the 8 years of my property being managed by Pembroke and that was due to one junior member of staff. I had confidence in their transparency and did not feel overcharged.
