I would not recommend this company
I would not recommend this company, all these people are interested in is how much money they can make out of maintaining the property, buy tackling items that don't need attention, but does have a big impact on our pockets, but yet don't pay any attention to the smaller items that do make a difference, some of which are classed as health and safety issues, however these smaller items don't come with a large profit margin so they are left, also no future planning or preventative maintenance, I also I find them very rude when dealing with, and also very slow to respond, there is also no consistency with the managers, they literally change like the wind, I do actually feel at times we have been scammed by this company.
