Dear Ian, I am sorry to hear that our service has been slow - having checked back through your previous 3 orders with us, I can see that they were all shipped in a matter of days (even for items showing as having a few days' dispatch time). I note that from the last order a couple of the food items you ordered have a 3 day dispatch notice advertised.
If there is any to be any delay with an order being shipped, we do either advise this on the website at the point of ordering, or we contact customers as soon as a problem arises - I am sorry if on this occasion the service was not satisfactory. Best wishes, Richard

Cheap products but very poorly packaged
I purchased a set of pilates balls and a 5 kg kettlebell form Peak Nutrition. The prices were very competitive.
The products arrived in a box about 4 times too big, that was falling apart and half full of green plastic balls to, I guess keep the items in place. Considering these were items with a combined weight of over 12 kgs this was not sufficiently well packaged.
Many of the green plastic balls had disintengrated and made an absolute mess of my house, not to mention I couldn't remove it from the kettlebell.
One of the pilates balls was faulty and leaking from the valve.
I'm afraid I wont be using Peak Nutrition again.

We were very sorry to hear of the damage that occurred to your products in transit to you, when you contacted us by email.
We make packaging items one of our highest priorities, and always try to use the most appropriately sized boxes and filling materiel that we can. We use a packaging product called Flo-Pack Green, which is both high quality and 100% recycled and recyclable. It will degrade, but only in the presence of microorganisms, usually found in compost bins and soil, so it is very unusual for any of it to have disintegrated on its way to you.
Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, items can occasionally be damaged en route through the postal service, especially if the item has been returned to the local depot following a failed delivery attempt. We will always try to sort it out if this happens.
On hearing of your issue we did immediately offer to exchange the products for you, and offered to reimburse any costs incurred in returning the items to us, but you chose not to take us up on that. I am sorry to hear that you will not be using us in the future because of this.

Why buy gold when a cord will do it for pennies
I recently bought some hypoallergenic cords for my Q-LINK, and i have to say why would you want to pay out for an expensive chain when these do the job perfectly well and they look good as well. Delivery very fast.

Does what it says on the tin!
My husband gets very "blue" in the winter so I thought I would try to brighten things up for him by getting him a "SAD" lamp. I went on to a well known department store site and looked at what they had to offer. Peak Nutrition had exactly the same product at £20 less than the department store.
