Item arrived very quickly. Very pleased.
I was really happy to receive my order very promptly. On the downside, I didn't receive an email to confirm that the order had been dispatched and so I didnt quite know when to expect it. Was glad i was at home to receive it however, so it all worked out fine.

Good Products - Poor Mailing Service
Hqppy with the products I purchased but flaxseed oil capsules would be even better value for money if one of the packages hadn't been so bashed that there was oil sticking the capsules together and I had to throw some of them out. Luckily the Kalms were not in a (smashed) glass bottle- this time. Will think twice about ordering anything else now. Packaging just isn't robust enough.

I am sorry to hear that the packaging was damaged en route to France - looking back through your history of shopping with us over the past 18 months, it appears each of your other orders arrived safely in France. Each parcel is sent in a cardboard box, with Flo-Pak (recycled) polystyrene and bubblewrapping where necessary, and it is rare that items are damaged. However, sadly, this does occasionally happen from time to time, and I would urge that if any items are damaged in transit that you let us know so that we can sort this out for you. I will pass your comments through to our warehouse so that we can ensure we minimise the risk of this occurring again. Many thanks, Richard

cider vinegar and tablets
Received in good packaging, they rang me a couple of days before to see if it was ok them sending me the tablets as they ran out of end of month , would of been happier though to receive an extra or some sort of compensation .

Trusted website - can order with confidence
I purchased the heat lamp for my father, Sid Lane, to replace one he had borrowed. He uses it to help ease arthritis pain in his ankles and has found the new lamp ideal for his needs.
I had the item delivered directly to him and it was there 2 days after the order was placed, which was done at about 2.30pm on the afternoon of purchase. The item was well packed and the website and ease of ordering was good, as was the product information.
