Dear Helen, thank you for your feedback, which I will certainly be passing on to the warehouse. We try to use the most sensible packaging we can, combining safety for your goods with common sense, and in most cases Jiffy Bags offer a good solution, but if the boxes were squashed this was clearly not sufficient packaging. I will ensure the warehouse looks again at the packaging used.
Our postage and packaging costs barely cover the combined costs of Royal Mail post (which has risen yet again this year) as well as the costs of the packaging material and labour - we really don't make money from P+P.

very nice to deal with, but payed for special delivery and it turned up a day late
the guy i spoke with was very nice, but i was slightly let down i had payed for next day delivery and the item did not turn up until the day after.
