A reliable and trustworthy company providing excellent service and very helpful staff.
I wrote an earlier, rather negative review based entirely on the fact that I hadn't received my order after 3 weeks. However, this was down to the post office either not delivering it or delivering the card to the wrong address.
When I contacted Peak Nutrition, they were quick to respond, polite and extremely helpful. Despite the fact that it wasn't their fault that I hadn't received the order, they were happy to send out a repeat order without any fuss and were extremely helpful.
I have now received my supplements which were perfectly packaged and all as they should be. I would definitely order from Peak Nutrition again as I would be confident that they would help sort out any problems if there were any.
I would also advise that you ask for recorded delivery as the post office can be terribly unreliable!

Hello Lucinda, I am sorry that your order has not yet reached you. It is always very disappointing when items are delayed in the post, but we will always work to resolve issues as quickly as we can.
Just to confirm that we dispatched your order on the Monday morning, following your Friday night order. As we discussed via email, the standard post option chosen doesn't have a tracking number, but we will always resolve any problems with missing or delayed post.
We would never leave you without an order, and only ask that we give the post office time to deliver, based on Royal Mail's guidelines.
As an online retailer, we have a dedicated helpdesk and also an email address that we can be contacted on - this enables us to better help with any queries and have all the information to hand when we reply to you. We aim to respond to all emails and helpdesk tickets within 24 hours, and being a UK company with our own support staff we always aim to be as helpful as we can.
I have contacted you separately via email to confirm that we have sorted out a replacement for you.

Delith my shet tzu says bark bark thank you
I ordered Respo-k for Delith who was having trouble breathing she was constantly licking her nose and almost having a fit because of her breathing problem.I have for the last 3 months been back and forth to the vet with her and they could not find out what was wrong with her.
Honestly you would have to have been here to see what happened to her after just one tablet she improved and has become a different dog full of confidence all her problems have gone away.

Wrong order received also badly packed.
My last order was for 30gms of grey and 15gms of light brown.
I received 30gms of grey and 30gms of dark brown.
These items were badly packed in a filmsy jiffy bag with no invoice.

Thank you for your review, and I am very sorry to hear that there was a problem on this occasion with your order with us.
As you will know from having shopped with us for over 2 and a half years, this is the first problem there has been with your orders to France. If there is ever an issue with an order, I would urge you to drop me a line and we will always sort things out for you. I will contact you separately by email to sort out the incorrect item that you received last month.
We use Jiffy Bags for smaller items, such as the hair fibres, which are normally more than robust enough to protect these items, even when sent overseas to you in France. We no longer include invoices in parcels, as we send email confirmation of orders, and another email on dispatch, and customer feedback was that the invoice slips were redundant and generally thrown straight into the bin with the packaging.

Perfect Response!!
One of those occasions when you will gladly admit you were wrong! My first review was based on my experience as a first time buyer but, Peak Nutritions response to my criticsm has proved that they are a very, customer aware company that is prepared to go the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction.
A genuine letter of explanation and replacement goods received all within 5 days!
I would happily recommend them without hesitation or reservation

Dear Brian, Thank you for your review of Peak Nutrition. I tried calling you yesterday and this morning on the number given in your order, but there is no response on the line. We aim to respond to all help desk tickets within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, and as the ticket was raised at 8.30pm on Friday we attempted to call you both yesterday and this morning - an emailed response was our next option.
I am very sorry that you received goods that were out of date - I can only offer my apologies for this and will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you immediately. Our warehouse has very strict stock rotation procedures, so I will be raising this with the warehouse manager as a matter of some urgency.
