I was able to order in the currency of my choice and the goods were dispatched very quickly.
There was a slight delay in the shipment and we were informed right away.

I ordered a small part with a £12 fee…
I ordered a small part with a £12 fee for delivery. After a week I had to chase the part as I'd received no correspondence. The part was then dispatched.
Disappointed that I had to chase the delivery despite the £12 charge for delivery.

Had to chase order after being sent a confirmation date that was not kept, also 1 x of the goods confirmed for delivery did not arrive and we have had no update of new delivery.

Wasn't real part
I purchased a Afr1 filter regulator.
Received it and it a cheap generic Chinese import with a 'pcl' sticker stuck on it

I'm sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our AFR1 Filter Regulator. This product is from our economy range, it is a fit for purpose filter suitable for budget applications.
We do offer alternative air treatment units suitable for workshop and industrial environments with a high filtration and replaceable filters, these products can be found on our website.
We manufacture a lot of our products in Sheffield, these products are described on our website as 'Made in Sheffield'.

Great advice on the phone, followed by quick delivery, and I was only seeking the smallest of components.
