Excellent seller and large inventory
They have an amazing variety of anything you'd want for equipment and gear. I opted to build my own rack for some audio gear in my home office/studio space. RH matched or beat prices of competitors. Their selection is vast and well organized. They shipped my order fast.
I'm looking forward to the next project - a custom Bass Guitar hard case - and using RH to get everything I need.

Packaging issue

I’m very pleased with your website
I’m very pleased with your website, your product offerings, your pricing, payment, and the prompt fulfillment process.
One critique - my order included 14”rack rails. When your shop cut them to length from longer stock they did not touch up the paint on the cut ends. I emailed the provider and got a prompt reply with an apology for the unpainted ends. It was okay as I was able to touch the ends up myself with a rattle can of spray paint.

Great customer service
So I needed a custom speaker grill for a project I was doing. A quick Google search landed me at Reliable Hardware's website. Unsure of a couple of details I called them and spoke to a very knowledgeable rep who pointed me in the right direction. Ordering on the website was easy enough. The shipping charges were a bit more than I expected, but after I received the package I understood why. They did a great job packing it to protect it from damage. Overall it was a very positive experience.
