Good product and their technical support was very good.

The FloLogic shutoff valve is a serious, heavy duty industrial quality product. One reason we chose it was the ultrasonic sensor versus the mechanical paddle wheel that most other shutoff valves use. Our water has high minerals which we felt would have caused a paddle-type shutoff to fail. The app has many useful, fully programmable features. The financial strength of the parent company, Bradford White Corporation was another reason we chose the FloLogic product. Too many other companies in this arena have come and gone leaving buyers with an unsupported product. The old adage of you get what you pay for applies.

Great product and amazing customer support!!! I've had my FloLogic installed now for almost a year. It has worked perfectly. There is nothing better than the peace of mind this product gives you with an older home and, we travel often. Recently I had to call their customer support line for some help with internet connectivity on my side. I spoke with Brendan who was amazing. This is what customer service should be!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

I had a technical issue and Joey was amazing. He knew right away what the problem was and helped me navigate the app to resolve issue. Had other questions that he answered. Very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. That is what I call customer service

I needed to add the gateway connect to my system and it works perfectly. I can now control everything from anywhere!

Our plumber did a great job installing the system. We had an issue with the water softener bypass device. It failed and caused our water to shut off multiple times. The plumber replaced it and it seems to be working fine now. We continue to have some WiFi connectivity issues that cause the system to go dark from the app. Overall, the app seems to work well and the device seems to be well built.

Even though i have disabled the unit monitoring water flo, it still shuts off the water

The app is terrible - the font is too small to read without a magnifying glass and is really difficult to use. It does not notify me in advance of shutting off the water.

i regret installing this system

The Moen Flo's that I have in my other houses are much, much better and cost significantly less.

i put the Flologic in so the house manager could manage the system as well as me, but its a terrible system

It seems like a great product and i am excited to rep flologic, as the technical trainer at Michel Sales Agency i am grateful and excited for the opportunity to have and install a valve in our live training room. You all seem knowledgeable and confident to stand behind a solid product.

Product and customer service

I'm an integrator figuring this out for a plumber who didn't understand it. Support was super helpful, I believe his name was Josh. Super knowledgeable and definitely concerned that their product is installed correctly and super helpful in that process.

First of all we get random water shut offs several times a week. I turn it back on and there is no water use occurring and no leaks shown. I assume it is related to water softener activity.
Second, about a month ago the app disconnected. All attempts to reconnect end up with the code on the device not being recognized. I don’t have time to spend a lot of time on the phone with someone to talk me through this set up. I am out of town til mid September so I have disconnected it until I get back, when I can deal with this.
