Great tech support, solid product

Our insurance required us to add a flologic when we bought a second home. Turns out, we’re really glad they did! When it alerts me to water flowing, I always think it is wrong, but it never is. Super helpful, and the WiFi connect module takes it to the next level. I would not have a house without one at this point.

I absolutely love FloLogic. Within the first year of having it installed, it already prevented what could have been a major flood.

One night around 1:00 a.m., I received an alert that the water had been automatically shut off because a PinPoint sensor in our master bathroom detected water. When I investigated, I found that the toilet had developed a leak and was actively spilling water onto the floor. Had FloLogic not detected the leak and shut off the water, it could have continued flooding our home for more than seven hours while we slept.

On another occasion, FloLogic alerted me that water had been running continuously. After checking the house, I discovered one of our toilets had a worn-out flapper and was constantly running. It was a simple repair, but without the alert, it could have wasted water. FloLogic has already proven its value multiple times.

The biggest reason I'm such a believer in this product is what happened to my mom. A few years ago, a hot water supply hose behind her washing machine burst while no one was home. The water ran unchecked, causing extensive flooding throughout the house. The damage was so severe that she was displaced from her home for more than eight months while it underwent repairs. The cost, disruption, and stress were enormous.

I only wish we had known about FloLogic back then. It almost certainly would have detected the sudden water flow and shut off the water before the damage became catastrophic. After living through that experience, we immediately had FloLogic installed in my mom's home as well. Today, both of our homes are protected by FloLogic, giving us tremendous peace of mind.

I also chose FloLogic because it's made in the USA. For a device that's responsible for protecting an entire home from water damage, that was important to me. Another feature I really appreciate is its serviceability. Once the copper plumbing is installed, future maintenance can be performed from the outside of the unit without removing the valve body from the plumbing. Many competing systems require a plumber to disconnect and remove the entire unit for servicing, making repairs more expensive and time-consuming.

For me, FloLogic isn't just another smart home device—it's one of the best investments I've made. It has already protected my home, it now protects my mom's home after she experienced a devastating flood, and it gives both of us confidence that a small leak won't turn into a life-changing disaster.

I have contacted FloLogic phone support several times since installing a FloLogic device at my house. They are extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. They are highly recommended. I couldn't ask for more.

In the past 25 years I have had 2 significant water issues. I have installed 5 systems and FloLogic is easy to use and give me piece of mind that the houses are not flooding !!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET! Placed an order of almost $4,000.00 less than 12 hours ago. The package was being prepared for shipping. Called to get the package expedited. It's before 5, the 2 guys I spoke to refused to change the delivery speed, wouldn't call UPS, would not transfer me to a manager, and hung up on me. This was a crazy experience. Horrible customer service and work ethic!

The technicians walked me through the process of installing a new sensor, and troubleshooting.
I have had the system for a number of years, it has been flawless.

FloLogic has the best support group I have ever worked with.

They are helpful and extremely patient. Tom and Brendan were particularly great.

Excellent customer service which makes all the difference.
Prompt call back and Brendan walked me how to get the system back on line.
Plumbing company who installed it would have taken a week to respond and charge hundreds of dollars for the visit.

My Flologic app suddenly no longer was registering water flows or responding to any commands. I called tech support for help. Brendan picked up the phone promptly and worked with me for more than 45 minutes to resolve the issue successfully. He was thorough and persistent in his efforts to figure out what had gone wrong and invariably patient. It was an extremely positive experience.

The app. Is really straight forward and easy to use. Remote access including Home , away, on/ off and setting the run time of how long the water would run before it turns itself off is awesome. Also, when I called for help, a live human being called me back in 20 min. Brendan could not have been more helpful.

Joey was amazing! He walked me through the entire process with ease. He did a fantastic job.

Prompt call back. Quick resolve of issue, changing WiFi network for the WiFi module. Total piece of mind being able to remotely monitor water flow and ability to shut off if necessary to avoid or drastically reduce potential water damage.

I've had the FloLogic for over 2 years now and am very happy with how it works. However, I would like to see the App upgraded. Specifically, the ability to see historical usage. I know they obtain and track it - because of the "last usage" measurement. I bought the Droplet monitoring (no shut off) device simply to be able to see historical usage. Even if this would require a subscription I'd be ok with it.

Fantastic customer service always very helpful.
So far no customer service on the weekend.
Maybe soon they will have AI to help you out on the weekend.

these guys are awesome, they respond quickly and seem like they truly care about their users. I use flatlogic as the base for a majority of the apps that I create. it just makes it easy.

We called the company during our set up and they were so so helpful and patient. Walked through each step with us to ensure it was not only working correctly, but that we were comfortable. They care deeply about their customers’ experience!

Recently had 2-Inch system installed in commercial building. System had some issues and customer support was great. After phone troubleshooting, Joey was able to come onsite for further diagnosis and repair. System works properly now and is easy to use.
