Fake battery. PayPal didn’t help with a refund. Do not buy.

They sent wrong part and now won’t respond to emails and can’t contact them

I placed the order thinking it was a uk company as they had a .co.uk email.. i was wrong...beware shipping may be up to 2 weeks. Customer service email not helpful and did not cancel my order as requested. I received a laptop battery that i suspect was fake as it had no serial number or manufacture date on it. Genuine original was the description and it was not cheap. Paypal was informed of a possible counterfeit part and i got a speedy refund. If you buy a battery that is a genuine part, it will have these details on it for warranty purposes and tracking. Glad thats over so check out the seller and dont be misled by their email as being a uk seller.

Sadly another fake Lenovo laptop battery- sold as original. Thank goodness for PayPal - wish I had checked Trustpilot first.

I ordered an Original Battery replacement for my laptop, the pictures and description all matched. I was sent a copy part, NOT ORIGINAL. I was refunded, but made to bear the costs of shipping back. Their Customer Service came across as very Rude. I would not recommend to use this site.

Great service and communication

Battery was despatched quickly and was delivered in good order so we'll packed. The battery is perfect, holds a charge for a considerable time. Good service.

fake, also thought it was from the uk, took 6 weeks to arrive, 6 months later while my son was using his laptop, the so called genuine battery blew up and burst into flames, beware, do not buy from these people, i have worked with dell products for over 25 yrs and have never seen that before..all fake..

Ordered a battery months ago. Nothing arrived. No reply to emails. No refund. DO NOT shop here.

Firstly, despite the web address this is a Chinese company selling fake goods which are (eventually) posted from China.

So they are not cheap, there is zero customer service and if you’re lucky enough to get the fake goods, you’ll be waiting and waiting…

My laptop battery took nearly a month to arrive, they stopped responding to my emails fairly early on, and sent an EVRI link which did nothing for weeks, almost until EVRI dumped the parcel nowhere near the stated time of day.

The battery works, but who knows how long for, or if it will spontaneously combust because it’s simply not an HP battery as they claimed.

I have ordered a laptop battery and it arrived in less than 10 days. All good and happy with it.

when I ordered it was from a site with .co.uk looking like it was British, but this is actually based in China, it took over a month for the batteries to arrive and one of them is faulty, they have still to refund - even though they accepted the battery was faulty its now been 2 weeks and they say it will be refunded in 3 days! - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered laptop battery in November paid in good faith however have not received the item - tried emailing them several times without any luck - asked for refund - no reponse. Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering the battery. Will raise a dispute with Paypal as I am getting no where with this. They use Evri couriers who are notorious for not delivering parcels and there is no way of contacting them other than a mickey mouse automated system - going to report Evri to trading standards.

You have to read their advertising carefully to realise they are not in the UK.
My battery arrived after the stated 5-15 working days (& via Hermes/Evri). I am very glad I paid with PayPal
Due to the above, I have some doubts that it is a genuine HP product. However, it is currently working fine.

Avoid at all cost they do false advertising they say they are uk based but invoiced me from china and the part was sent from china when the say uk based on the website thay also say they supply original parts but not even sure it it would of been if i ever received my parcel and the are not helpful with their customer service

Comes from China so expect a 3 week wait for it. You shouldn’t be advertising as a uk domain.

After I placed my order I realised the batteries were being sent from China not UK which meant they would not arrive in time. I cancelled the order within an hour of placing it and before items had been dispatched. It was very difficult to get the refund and I was told twice it had been processed when it had not. Finally had to open a dispute with PayPal. Beware!

I was wrong to think they are from UK. Of everything, I should have taken a look here. Do not buy from this, I should have been to amazon.

Just be aware that you are NOT buying from a UK company. Also, Be AWARE - you are not getting genuine DELL battery as clearly advertised on their website but a replica. If wanting a genuine part then would definitely not recommend this company. Product arrived 15 days after order was placed - too late.

I ordered a laptop battery for my Lenovo without realising I was placing it in Shanghai. Concerned I looked at reviews which further raised my concerns. However, the battery arrived in 12 days and is exactly what I ordered. There were no additional import charges.
I can’t fault the company based on my experience.
