I purchased a battery from here and they claim to be a U.K. website they are based in China. They don’t accept battery returned or batter items period from another country please beware of this company and buy from a U.K. vendor.

Had a Chat with this company for assistance identifying the correct battery for my notebook computer. I sent a photograph of the details on the back of the battery and received a link to the correct battery in their website. Ordered it at a great price, with no carriage to pay. Recognising this company was in China (maybe a clearer location identity would help, guys?) I expected a 2 week wait for this product. The website was easy to navigate, as was the speed of payment :) The tracking was a bit vague, but the UK carriers contacted me as soon as they received it, and delivery was straight forward. Overall, a great service and my notebook computer is back working as it should.

When I placed my order, I stipulated I needed the items by a specific date. Their website gave the impression that they were based in the UK. It was only after I paid that it showed the items were being shipped from China. I knew my order would not arrive on time, so I had to return the items and request a refund. There was some confusion in obtaining a refund, but I am very pleased to say that I received a full refund on 8th August and could see this company were trying their best to provide a good service. I think it would be helpful for people to know where the items are being shipped from to help them decide whether or not to order if items are needed in a hurry. Otherwise, thank you for a positive response from this company.

I ordered the wrong battery by mistake. I choose to cancel the order and communications from their end was quick and professional. They refunded me in full after 6 days. So did not buy a battery on this occasion but would buy from them as they seem professional and trustworthy. They seem to be a Chinese based company, at least they ship from China, so the UK in the domain name is a bit misleading.

As with others here I have been sold a poor quality battery which doesn't hold its charge and the company have been difficult to deal with. It's taken me almost a month of emails before finally I lost patience and complained to PayPal. Do not fall for cheap offers on batteries, this is the first and last time I'll do that. PayPal have been great and refunded me the full amount immediately.

I placed my order but decided to cancel as i found my spare power cable. To cancel I had to email them which I did straight away so according to the terms and conditions I would get a full refund as it hadn't been processed. One week later and 2 more emails I get the response that I can get my refund but minus a few pound for PayPal charges. So I copy and pasted their terms and conditions and told them I didn't want to argue over 3 quid so I told them it's up to them if they don't want to follow their own terms. So 2 stars is all you get. And I am being generous because I didn't expect a refund after looking at the reviews.

Shysters. Took several days to arrive, blew up the first time I tried to use it. No response to email asking for a refund.

Same experience here as with others, so avoid at all costs. I'm trying to get a refund, as they sent me the wrong laptop battery. No one is answering my emails or are there any other means of contact.

Ordered an adapter, but then found the one i lost, tried to get refund but you must have a return authorised by them, they only give an email address to contactthem and they have had 8 emails from me and no reply, im now using a different email address to dodge them, all i want are my right to refund, the item is un used in original postal packaging even. Going to contact consumer right and trading standards if i can, i have already contacted citizens advice and will fight this all for £15. AVOID AVOID AVOID SCAM SCAM SCAM

Ordered a genuine Bose replacement battery, thought it was a UK company but turns out it is based in China.
So took longer to arrive than expected (two weeks) , but has arrived and works just fine , whether it is truly a genuine Bose battery who knows, but was only a few pounds more than a generic one from eBay so I'm not that concerned.
I did have a query at the start on which battery to order, and to be fair they were very helpful.

If I could give a lower rating I would! Don't waste your money and time - would definitely not recommend their customer service.

Fraudulent website. Apparent UK website, actually in China. No phone numbers on website. Only means of contact by email, to which I sent 3 emails they never replied to. Battery failed within a month, as was under £100 could not charge back, so have lost money.

This company use an english company name, however if you look at their website they quote no telephone numbers or address. Me & my partner arranged to make a purchase of a laptop battery from them via their UK named website. After you make a purchase the receipt then comes back under a chinese company and not located in the UK. It also reveals the transit time for delivery is going to much longer than a usual purchase from the UK. We had to purchase the item again from another supplier as we needed it for our laptop. When this item eventurally arrived, we arranged to return an item to them via courier only to find out it was not allowed to be sent via courier (laptop battery) due to the hazardous nature. I checked how they had sent it ex China to find they had mis declared the item falsy to the courier and broke the transport of dangerous goods rules. We asked for a UK delivery address which they provided a company located in Lancashire, We delivered the item back unopened, sealed in its originally outer packaging and obtained a signed delivery note for proof of purchase. We purchased via Paypal and created a case when the supplier stated they would only refund 50% of the costs. We raised a case and then this supplier claimed the item was damaged. We then reached out to the Director of the company We delivered to and they confirmed in writing the item was still unopened and the damaged status was incorrect. We presented this to Paypal and eventually won my case. This company on google under their UK name or Chinese name do not allow company reviews to be placed which tells you this company may have experienced many issues. OUR advice is not to purchase from this company as if you have to return any items this will prove very difficult to do and they will pull out all the stops not to refund you fairly. I am reporting this company to Google as well as they be flagged to change their website and company name to ensure they are very transparent about their location
