PB Tech has been our go to company for electronic purchases over many years now. They have a wide range of products at competitive prices. Their staff are also knowleagble, although not always the most helpful.

I've bought several things & have not had any problems.

I ordered an iPad Air 13" (M4) from PB Tech online during the Easter holiday. It was very easy and convenient to select the product and placed order online, until I collect the parcel from our local Post Shop took me 3 working days. I am satisfied 100% for the services and responsiveness from PB Tech. Great company! I certainly will recommend the service and product from this company to people around me. Thanks PB Tech.

QUICK ENOUGH TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DONT WANT TO REFUND THEIR FAULTY CRAP. Sent faulty item with parts missing. 17 days later still waiting for my refund. Their excuse one minute its scanned into NZ post next email same day saying its not there. That is not my problem when it arrived at their Australia warehouse. If they want to sell third party they should check our laws. I have reported them to the ACCC.

We’ve used online PBTech twice in the last year. The first time was for a new laptop, server and data storage banks. My techie son instructed us what to order and all the ordered parts arrived promptly. We used them again last week for Galaxy Tags and as previously, the order arrived promptly at our small rural town. The prices were really competitive as well.
