WOW! I placed my order yesterday, received email at 4pm saying my order was ready for the courier to collect. I thought Awesome, it should arrive around Wed. (I'm in Napier order is coming from Auckland). Try the very next morning!! And the item I ordered was packaged so well nothing other than a bomb would've damaged my goodies enclosed! Absolutely stoked!

Ordered a tv off there website took about a week to turn up which I thought was pretty good. Opened it up and there was a dent in the screen. Tried to call there hotline never got through over several attempts. Along with no call back after there robot took my details. I subsequently emailed and received an email after about a week requesting I complete a return form. Completed and waited a few days for a reply which requested additional photos. Now I’m a week on from that point and have heard no more….

Service and delivery were great but when I was trying to pay using Internet banking the portal kept failing. As it was a parcel I needed in a timely manner I had to proceed using my debit card with the additional fees that I should have been able to avoid

Pricing is always competitive, loyal customer benefits and ease of shopping are always a plus.

I purchased an “A-grade refurbished” laptop and what I received was nowhere near that standard.

The device arrived with significant cosmetic damage, including heavy wear around ports, widespread external scratching, a large permanent mark on the lid, and even a visibly bent cooling vent. This is not minor wear - it looks much closer C grade condition, and the physical deformation raises concerns about durability and airflow.

I contacted support immediately (Tuesday night) with clear photos and a detailed explanation. As of Monday afternoon, the ticket is still sitting unassigned with no response, despite showing as “updated” in their system. I’ve also attempted to follow up and call, but was only directed back into the same unresolved ticket process.

At this point, the issue is not just the condition of the product, but the complete lack of customer support or accountability.

If you’re advertising A-grade, customers should be able to trust that definition - and expect at least a basic level of communication when something goes wrong.

Very disappointing experience.

Ordered two new phones online on a Friday mid-morning, they were delivered to Mangawhai, 1-2 hours north of Auckland, by NZ Post Saturday morning. Great emails keeping me informed of each step.
