Booked a no-obligation quote based on the website, but the representative insisted I had to pay £40 just for the survey before I’d even decided to use the company. When I questioned this, I was told to “go to Tapi Carpets.” Misleading information and poor customer service.

I submitted a formal complaint via Pay Weekly’s internal portal on 26th June 2026 regarding extremely inappropriate and unprofessional behaviour from a representative (Paul) who visited my home. As a vulnerable customer, his behaviour made me feel completely unsafe and intimidated in my own house.
I was assured by staff that senior management would respond to the complaint. It has now been nearly a month with absolute silence no acknowledgment, no phone call, and no follow-up.
To ignore serious concerns about representative behaviour in customers homes is completely unacceptable. A final notice email has now been sent before escalating this formally to the Financial Ombudsman Service and Trading Standards. Extremely poor service and zero duty of care.

Not happy with how my floor is laid

Shambles from start to finish. No one would come out and measure and show me a sample book. Was sent pics of samples which was not true to life. I moved to a new flat and needed the flooring layed before furniture which I was falsely told if I pay a large deposit I could get it layed on the 3 week mark but they wouldn't do it a day earlier so had to pay a whole week's extra rent in my old flat. Best of all was they gave the floor layers my old address to lay to new flooring. Finally there was so much left over, which I wasn't informed I had to dispose of. Probably could of done another small flat with the remaining leftovers. I will never use this company again and do not recommend to anyone. What should of been an exciting and happy time was ruined from start to finish .

I wasn't told that I'd be left with the old flooring, or the rest of the new flooring down, I'm disabled with 2 teenage daughters!! They've had to take it all into my small backyard n now I've got to try find more money for someone to come clear it all out ,just praying i don't trip on anyfhing,, I won't be coming back that's for sure

Good top quality carpet from pay weekly carpet luke was great at explaining everything and getting it all measured up for us the team are fantastic but the fitter was messy and rude left carpet on my driveway not rolled up cut piece left all in my bedroom floor when he was only doing top off stairs and stair way other than that I’m still happy to return
