Shambles from start to finish. No one would come out and measure and show me a sample book. Was sent pics of samples which was not true to life. I moved to a new flat and needed the flooring layed before furniture which I was falsely told if I pay a large deposit I could get it layed on the 3 week mark but they wouldn't do it a day earlier so had to pay a whole week's extra rent in my old flat. Best of all was they gave the floor layers my old address to lay to new flooring. Finally there was so much left over, which I wasn't informed I had to dispose of. Probably could of done another small flat with the remaining leftovers. I will never use this company again and do not recommend to anyone. What should of been an exciting and happy time was ruined from start to finish .

I wasn't told that I'd be left with the old flooring, or the rest of the new flooring down, I'm disabled with 2 teenage daughters!! They've had to take it all into my small backyard n now I've got to try find more money for someone to come clear it all out ,just praying i don't trip on anyfhing,, I won't be coming back that's for sure

Good top quality carpet from pay weekly carpet luke was great at explaining everything and getting it all measured up for us the team are fantastic but the fitter was messy and rude left carpet on my driveway not rolled up cut piece left all in my bedroom floor when he was only doing top off stairs and stair way other than that I’m still happy to return

We decided to use this company as the reviews were consistent and had a recommendation from a colleague. The initial enquiry was handled very efficiently and we were assigned a customer service representative called “Anj” who was, on every occasion we were in contact with her exceptional, friendly but most importantly professional. The scheme was very clearly presented and we were not subject to any hidden charges or hiccups. A planned delivery date was easily arranged with options to change if required. We received as promised a text from the self employed fitter a notification approximately two hours beforehand and the fitter was well presented and polite. He appeared to enjoy his work which is a bonus and fitted our stairs and landing carpet. The contract states very clearly that the fitters do not move goods and the existing floor covering and any grippers/underlay would need to be removed prior to fitting. Also, due to them not holding waste carriers accreditation they would not remove any of their waste from site but would bag up the off cuts etc and make tidy. This is completely acceptable in my eyes and absolutely not an issue. This is where the fifth star is taken away. The fitter only filled one bag and left piles of carpet off cuts everywhere including outside and very definitely did not tidy up which was disappointing. Also, looking at some of the stair risers, there was definitely an absence of adhesive or staples (which were very definitely present on the old carpet as my fingers can testify) which has mad a few of the nosings floppy and loose. I guess he was in a hurry as he did say he’d finished and was off to watch the England game..the quality of the carpet is high end and has a quality feel to it however I feel I will need to pop a few discrete staples in to prevent potential issues further down the line. Overall our experience was good albeit tainted slightly and we will probably use them again as the service and funding option currently aligns with our current situation

Great customer service, fitters called on the way, nice job. However they did leave the rubbish behind for me to dispose of.

Awful waited basically 4 months for them just to come out and lay the carpet got cancelled 2 times and they left all there rubbish outside my flat. When I messaged customer services they said i had to get rid of the rubbish not once did anybody tell me this. Absolutely awful go somewhere else. Only good thing was James the sales person the rest was awful. Will never get from these again. If I was you find a different place you'll get it done so much quicker.

Took day off work unpaid so lost out on £200 which is my day rate , fitter text at 8.30 pm saying he couldn’t make it as stuck on a job still (completely understand but notice would have been nice ) , turned up this morning did a great job so pleased with how it turned out , however I’m very upset with the fact I lost out of a days money that I didn’t need to then had to stay in this morning so lost out on more earnings
