Easy & reliable

Easy service, was skeptical at first but after seeing it was a trusted and high rated company, I used it for the first time to sell diabetic supplies. Efficient from start to finish.

I placed the order to send in supplies…

I placed the order to send in supplies but never received the shipping label. I emailed multiple times and was never followed up with. It has been well over 2 weeks and I have yet to receive the shipping label.

Re: Reply: I responded to emails sent to me as well as engaged the chat feature on the website. I searched spam mail regularly and the label was not there.
I was sent a text this morning about selling more supplies and the label issue was finally addressed. The label was emailed finally at 7:14am.

I was sent the label and they followed up about tracking and making payment. It was taken care of eventually.

Sometimes the shipping label goes to your spam/junk folder. We also haven't received any emails from you. Next time, please just text or call our business line and you will get immediate customer service assistance.

Revised: Please edit your review to reflect a fair rating, as we've done business with you plenty of times. Our fastest method of response for support will always be our phone lines. Holiday season has overloaded all other methods of communication.

Got paid for 11 sent in 23

I'm going to be brutally honest because I wouldn't be a good customer if I if I didn't. The process from start to finish was very easy not confusing in the least bit. The only thing I was dissatisfied with I had 23 boxes of test strips I believe 10 of them were expired. I know I can take my expired strips back to the pharmacy and they will replace them if I exchange them. So I was somewhat shocked when I was expecting over $200 for my strips and I got less than 150. I reached out and asked the gentleman that I had been an email correspondence with if I can get the strips back so I can take them and exchange them and he said that the order had already been placed and basically I couldn't get my strips back I feel that if I'm not going to be paid for him then they should be returned to me expired or not

Hi Ryan, we already discussed why your payout was reduced. Our online quote system only works when the seller accurately inputs what items they have. You stated that all of your boxes expire in 4-8 months, which was not true, and resulted in an inflated quote. I don't appreciate you blaming us for something you were responsible for.

We still bought the expired strips at $1/box instead of the quoted $10/box (for strips that expire 4-8 months from today). Keep in mind, no other company buys expired test strips. You also received a $10 new customer bonus. So yes, you were paid for the expired strips.

When you asked if we could return the strips, we told you they were already donated to a non-profit. That response in itself was generous, since our policy states we don't return any items.

Lastly, your pharmacy would not exchange these test strips for new ones since One Touch does not qualify for a buy back program. So that statement is unfortunately not true.

Great service!

The whole experience was seamless and fast. Customer service was ALWAYS there through every step of the way. I got the money i was quoted quickly via cash app and they offered multiple choices to get paid. I'd definitely use them again.
