Do not waste your money ,poor charger

Watch bought for holiday. I couldn't get it to link to my phone and app. I scanned the QR code for help..... Don'tit takes money from the bank which took the bank and me a while to realise it was Peers hardy. On a positive a lady helped me set the watch up.
The charging unit is fiddly with a spring.
After a couple of months use the charge wasn't lasting very long,to eventually not charging. After several emails I got a replacement charger, which still wouldn't charge.
I asked for a refund and was told I was out of the time. I asked if they were supplying false information as my paperwork said two years. I sent my watch back for their verdict. No response after two weeks and eventually a new watch arrived. I charged it using several sockets but no green charging light appeared on the phone screen I left it overnight and somehow I got it to 27% . Of course next day the battery was dead. Informed Pees hardy group and told by Calum who said it wasn't guaranteed when it was to Return to argos.
Why print a two year guarantee when it's not honoured.False information

Bought this watch 26th January 2026

Bought this watch 26th January 2026. Series 03 Smart watch. Connectivity with the app is terrible, even if they are sat next to each other. I have tried turning it off and on again and reconnecting it but to no avail. A nice looking watch, works well on its own but just doesn't link reliably with the apps.

The most inaccurate tech I've ever bought. Constantly disconnecting
Tells me I went to sleep at certain time when I'm still out. Apparently I did 790 steps in my kitchen at breakfast time within half hour time frame most of that time was sat eating breakfast. Sick of constantly have to reconnect reset. Will be returning it in the morning. Don't waste your time or money on this watch.

It’s bad when you write a review before you even receive the product

We’re not off to a good start as I’m writing this before I’ve even received my order !

Placed my order a few nights ago and took a screenshot of my order number which says I’ll receive a confirmation email shortly. However, the next email I get is that items in my basket are selling out quick. I double check and sure enough the money has left my account, but I have nothing to actually confirm my order was received.

I sent an email via their contact us form and wait a day, no reply. I then sent a message on instagram….no reply. Their instagram message even says to contact them on [phone number]. Yes, they did not include the phone number. However, it is available on their website. I tried twice this morning to ring them and it automatically ends the call, doesn’t even ring.

All I want to know is if my order was received, a basic for any company! After reading the reviews it’s a bit disheartening to see the products can be faulty as well.

I chose to order from them directly after looking at the watches in Curry’s because I find their delivery times a bit slow and thought it would be quicker to go straight to the manufacturer. Not sure how any retailer is able to contact them to get stock in if I can’t get a reply on an absolute basic.

Here’s hoping they decide to answer before I dispute the charge with my bank and go for a different option.

UPDATE: it’s been a few days and still no response. I decided to lodge a dispute with my bank who have also been unable to reach Reflex Active. So absolutely steer clear. I’ve still not received a reply to my email or instagram message. At the end of the day the €40 I spent won’t break me but it’s shocking service for a seemingly subpar product.

I bought the Reflex Active Smart watch…

I bought the Reflex Active Smart watch as a Budget Purchase. I was not expecting much and that is what I got.
My main hope was that it would produce an easy way to measure my pulse and O2 levels, they are severely not accurate compared to my Finger pulse oximeter.
This may also reflect on any of the fitness trackers but I haven't compared these features.
What it does do well is tell time, link by bluetooth to a phone if required, give notifications and has an internal speaker that is adequate if you want to keep your phone in your pocket, though I expect that a lot of people would use ear pods of some type.

High hopes------ dashed

So I bought this with high hopes,however they were soon dashed when my phone kept resetting it's self, which is really annoying. There were also issues with charging. The charger just stopped working (3 months in). Customer services sent a new charger after multiple attempts of contact. Now ive got it charging again, it's still rubbish. Keep disconnecting from my phone, resetting itself.... I'm gonna have to find an alternative!!!

I purchased the watch from Jet2. Red active watch. At no time did it say that your sleep tracker doesn't start till after 9 or 10pm. Why ..do they think that everyone goes to sleep at the same time. Also,it mostly just tracks from 12.10. would I have purchased it if I knew...no. pointless and who thinks of this. It should be stated that the sleep tracker starts when it feels like it.

Not worth the money

First watch I got was the active lasted 3 days before the screen started lagging and unable to answer calls (Returned) second watch I got is the sea venture worn it for a week and the button came off the side returning today all in all a very poor experience won't be buying again.

Time and money wasted

I bought this watch 5 months ago. For the first 3 months it was fine apart from the strap making my wrists sore.
Then it wouldn't charge. I bought a new charging cable and it worked once now it won't charge at all. I'd send it back except I can't find the box it cane in.
Not impressed at all.

Brought on a plane for cheap and my god…

Brought on a plane for cheap and my god its not even worth it. Disconnects so easy doesn't keep up with steps the stress testing is off and stores have the cheek to sell it for £50! It's worth £15 at max very cheap and lazy design.

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Buying a reflex active watch was the biggest waste of money. I don't think I've ever regretted buying anything more than this rubbish.

I started by buying the series 25 because of the nice looking design, but when I took it home, I realised that there's no way to have the watch connected for notifications without also being forced to answer phone calls on my wrist. It's either ALL calls and notifications or None! I do not wish to walk around talking into my watch.

I went back to the store and exchanged it for a series 5. This is even worse!!!

It's got a big round screen but the display is only a tiny little square in the middle.

I am receiving notifications an hour after I've already cleared it off my phone.

The font is unreadable.

The watch says my battery is full but the app says it's at 67%.

The watch is useless, I can barely even see the time because the display is so small.

I can't believe that I can't return this back to where I bought it from. Instead, I have to wait weeks and weeks for it to be mailed back to whatever country makes them.

EDIT: Whilst writing this review at 1:20pm AEST, I got a notification on my wrist that I received on my phone at 10:20am.

I purchased a smart watch for the wifes Christmas present we had to send it back within 5 months they sent us a replacement for the watch within 3 months the watch did the same thing stopped working wouldn't charge so contacted the company was told to return the watch again still to this day they are saying we haven't returned the watch back to them so there not going to replace this one that's after weeks of waiting for a reply I would say to ours buy from a better company

Complete garbage

Complete garbage. You cant leave the room without it disconnecting from your phone. Sleep or heartbeat never measure. And absolutely no help when you contact the help centre either.

This is my second Series 8 watch

This is my second Series 8 watch. Returned the first (to Argos) when it just wouldn’t switch back on after charging. The replacement has never worked properly. I don’t mind the constant watch face change even though some are very hard to read in daylight, but this one has never recorded sleep, heart rate etc (the first one did) and worse, doesn’t record steps properly. It’s actually de-motivating to know you’ve walked 10,000 steps or more but watch says 2800! I know you get what you pay for but I may as well have thrown my £25 in the bin.
PS Previously had a very basic Radley watch which served me well for years until I lost it so not all cheaper watches have these problems.

Reflex Active Series 39 :Downloaded Red App as instructed and…

Downloaded Red App as instructed and despite it stating compatible with Strava the option is not there unlike the Blue App which isnt compatible with the series 39 watch, emailed customer services 2 weeks ago via there website and still not heard back. Watch itself is ok but specifically got this as strava compatible which it isnt or rather the Red App isnt !
