My agent Valerie Shaw was absolutely wonderful. Very polite and knowledgeable. I was so thankful to have gotten her to help me. I hope when or if I need further assistance I get her again.

not a good company i filed a complaint to the bbb the payactive number i called isnt the managers number so i got a run around he would send me to a number with 3d party operators thanks for not recing my pay buddy im going to take the steps to recieve my hours and money! theres other agencys besides the bbb to get ahold of i dont know whats your guys problem is not working with me wait and see buddy i dont play around!

My experience with the company as a whole is great. It does get frustrating when you work and work and still have to submit proof that we worked. The reps are always helpful, but Pay active could do better so we don't have to jump thru hoops for access to our own money.

Something always going on with the app they never can fix the problem

Yennefer Clark was able to solve my issue in five minutes when for the last five days I called, I emailed and no one could resolve the issue. They even “escalated it” and told me 24 hrs then “a couple days” but I called again this evening and got Yennefer who was friendly, efficient and solved my issue in 4 minutes!!! Thank you so much!!!! Y’all need to “escalate” Yennefer into a well paying Customer Issue Solver role because she saved my opinion of Payactive!!!
