When I informed him about what was going on he quickly assisted me and fixed my issue! Please give him a promotion a raise or something because of him I'm going to continue to use pay activ & recommend others thank you so much Mr. Avery you are phenomenal!

The worse company ever. My issue still isn't fixed and it's been over a week. They lied and said it was my company fault but find out it's not. Oh and no one ever knows anything. How is this company still up? Shut them down
Now they called and said I owe them $100 from April. This company is nothing but LIES. They probably mad because I have made so many bad reviews but I will never use them again

It's going on a week that the service has been down. And now when I call they just hang up the phone. Payactiv needs to be put out of business NOW
They are not going to get anything fixed. I gave all of my information a week ago and NOBODY has emailed or called me. Payactiv needs to be SHUT DOWN
And no one responds to emails so stop telling people to give their information and no one is doing anything. Just don't respond. Your company sucks

I use this service regularly. I have had an issue with my hours being updated since Tuesday. I'm a salary employee and can't seem to get a straight answer from their support team as to what the problem is .

Steer clear of this company. Very deceptive liars. They are not there to help you, but to make things worse. Watched their video, was under the impression that there weren’t fees associated. The fees are predatory. The app is confusing, clearly they want you confused. You’re better off with Cash App and free overdraft. Do not let them get your paycheck! The fees will shrink your hourly wages.

I haven't been able to access funds recently due to Payactiv blaming my employer not updating my hours. I know it's their system not updating my hours. Now it's a new pay period without any response from anyone regarding the matter.

Working with Kayle Howard was the great part. I have called 4 other times and he was the only person to give me a solution to my concern, my concern was that my card that starts with 4008 is no longer being accepted, and I wanted to know how to access funds. No one gave me the information that this gentleman gave me and made it very simple that if and when I need to access my funds, just use the Walmart cash pick up, so I appreciate his knowledge of solving problems for your customers and I hope you have a wonderful day and I wanna make sure this gentleman get recognition for his service

I specifically want to mention the representative I spoke with, Zach Larson. From the beginning of the call he listened to my concerns and displayed amazing communication and knowledge as well as empathy. He explained the processes he was going through so that I would have a better understanding and created a truly wonderful calm experience. When he put me on hold he made sure to check in with me and as someone who also works in a call center, it is not often when calling other places I get to speak with someone who exceeds my expectations. He truly is an amazing employee with the knowledge and skills as well as a wonderful calming voice. I just want to say thank you to Zach for making something that was frustrating and truly following through and giving me a resolution that was initially confusing. He definitely deserves a raise and if I need help in the future, I will be requesting to speak with him only. You have a truly special employee that is dedicated and creates a wonderful call experience.

I noticed a discrepancy between what i accessed and what was deducted from my paycheck. After adding all wage accessed in the app, there was over $500 discrepancy in what was deducted from my paycheck. All attempts at contacting support are met with "thank you for contacting us. There is no discrepancy." Not to mention what i spent on that card does not match what theyre claiming i accessed. When I asked for my itemized YTD, I was met with "your YTD is $2013.53" which matches neither my paycheck deductions nor the app. My email has now been blocked by them, but Gmail is free. Either prove to me I accessed that much or give me my money back!!

I have been reaching out to you guys for over a week now to see why my hours werent showing up so that i could borrow money against my paycheck. Every person asked for my timesheet which i was unaware I was able to pull up on my own because nobody informed me of that until today when Emory L. took the time to explain to me that my timesheet was something I was able to screenshot myself and send to you guys. She/he is the only 1 that stopped and took her time with me. She/he was a huge help

So this is my first time using this particular daily pay system I was skeptical but decided to try it out , well they only have chat and I was asking questions about my accessibility of the money earned and the agent closed the chat without helping— mind you I waited 12 minutes. I already had questions the day prior only to get told to do the email and didn’t get that “resolved” until the next morning even though I was told a “few hours” . I’m really going to talk to my company about switching to a different program because this by far has been a HELL no for me. I don’t even understand how you advertise 50% but only give 20% .

Absolutely terrible. I switched employers and had to jump through multiple hoops. It was finally sorted after a month, or so I thought. I went to transfer money and was charged the service fee, but the money never went in. The customer service was excruciating. They are completely helpless and offer nothing of substance. All because I changed employers.
