My online orders are always processed very quickly and arrive without fail within 2 days of the order being submitted. Online ordering process is very slick and easy to use. Prices are very competitive and as such I order with regularity and confidence.

This is a fab Company that will go the extra mile for you and Mike the very helpful Director, personally makes himself available to take your call and return any email queries immediately. A refreshing change to order online and be able to ask questions from a friendly human over an automated reply with no option for personal contact. Great product and regular updates on delivery, also pre-purchase helpful advice was given on sizing, finally, a speedy delivery during tricky covid Lockdown - definite recommend as a site run by dog lovers for dog lovers. 5* plus plus.

Great shop with very helpful staff
Great shop with very helpful staff. I buy food, treats, toys, dog coats and much more from here. I also have the food delivered and Mike always goes above and beyond to substitute something if the suppliers have let him down.
Thoroughly recommend Paws in Padstow.

Excellent company and one of the few that stock Canagan dental in the small kibble for my two smaller dogs. Great communication and contact, fast delivery and I love why the owners of this Cornwall based business got into this and started their business. Definitely recommend

I ordered the pink Barbour pink tartan…
I ordered the pink Barbour pink tartan dog collar and harness. Harness was too small so sent back and requested the larger size with a note. I received a refund instead of the replacement harness, no contact, mentIon or notification. I went to place my order to find out it's out of stock. Ok they honoured my refund which I didnt request. Now my Bella cant have matching Barbour harness. I did manage to find elsewhere but have to pay extra for delivery when I should he able to purchase from same store. I think their customer service could be improved. Not happy
