We have a problem. My wife ordered a table but didn't get any response to confirm the order. Two weeks later I got an email telling us it was to be despatched but, by then, I had given up and bought and received an identical item elsewhere. I rang and asked for delivery to be stopped and the order cancelled but they have delivered the unwanted items and want to charge me £20 to return it. They seem incapable of accepting that it was a failure in their order system which caused the problem and every time I ring I get a different person. Very frustrating and I won't buy from them again.

Wonder, traditional service.
Had a slight problem with one of the dining chairs I ordered. Emailed and got a reply immediately. Spare part posted out straight away.
So refreshing to find a company with good, “old fashioned” customer service and beautiful products. Can’t recommend enough.

Having recently moved into a new home and experienced several bad deliveries, it was a delight when Gareth and Scott delivered our sofa with care and courtesy. It was refreshing to be asked if they should removed their shoes, rather than me having to ask, and they also took their time to make sure everything was right and I was happy before they left. I ordered the Cotswold Extending Dining Table
200-250cm and two Cotswold Side Table with Drawer which were delivered yesterday by Gareth and Scott. I am delighted with the tables and very grateful to the two delivery men for their courtesy and professionalism. They assembled the 3 tables, positioned them where I wanted them and then cleaned up after themselves. Bravo for this excellent service. Thank you

We have bought several pieces of furniture from Pavillion in the last year or so and each piece has been exceptional. The fact we’ve been back says it all really - great staff, great prices and a fabulous choice of goods. On this occasion we bought two chest of drawers and they were delivered by Gareth and Scott. They went above and beyond with their service including moving my old furniture downstairs, putting the new bits in the right place and removing all packaging. This was done with a smile and a lovely manner. Thanks guys, would highly recommend (and have done!!)
