Je wordt gewoon opgelicht. Van alles wordt er beloofd , maar er komt niets , en geen geld terug geven. Dien ik een klacht in ,gooit dat Patreon me er gewoon uit. Weg klacht . Wat een amateurs. 1e en laatste ervaring bij deze raddraaiers.

WORST customer service EVER. I cancelled my $10/month subscription, and they have STILL taken around $200 from me AFTER cancellation.

I’ve contacted support multiple times with proof, only to be told they “can’t see any billing history”. So where exactly is my money going?! It's impossible to get anywhere with them

Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve seen countless others complaining about the same issue. Give me my money back. This is completely unacceptable.

I suddenly lost access to the Patreon I am paying to follow. Second time this happend. Contacted support they say I have I logged in with a different emailadress. I only have one. This happened two weeks ago and no more reply from Patreon. As I can't cancel without logging in I for the second time need to get help from my bank to do this.
I really find Stockrobber the man I follow great but don't want to loose more money. Already lost two months of payment and can't log in. Disgrace!!!!

Paid membership fee. System didn't recognise this so contacted Patreon after going through their 'help' content (which didn't). They got in contact pretty quickly, impressed. Responded with the details they asked for. Next email - ticket closed as you have not responded. Opened a new ticket asking for a refund. They referred me back to the 'help' content.

Bought an subscription for 100dollars as my first on my new account (haven’t used it before). Account got blocked due to suspicious activity.. money gone account gone. Patreon is unreachable. SCAM

The creator I was following had their account wrongly banned. No reason given, No apology, just cut off. I complained bitterly eventually as they have NO fan based complaints department. Having read other comments I doubt very much that anyone will receive a refund. GREEDY. If this has happened to you check your creators profile as they will have other better sites. Absolutely disgusted.

They keep changing website layout making everybody confused;
Every week there is some changes to website and annoying notifications, hard to use website;
Why is my logo so huge on my page?;
I get only free followers and only 1 donator;
Just another big website making bad decisions;

I have been unable to access videos from my creator in spite of paying £10 per month. Each video is greyed out and I am being asked to pay again. When I like look at my billing history it's empty even though I have been paying for sixteen months. There is nowhere to go on the website to cancel membership.
They are a bunch of crooks.

Deeply untrustworthy. I am an amateur artist and sometimes like to support artists on Youtube and learn stuff. So clicked on Patreon to support. Patreon decided that they would keepon unsubscribing me; I then had to resubscribe, paying one fee for re-subscribing and another fee for the next month. THEN they (Patreon) found out I had a second email account and started charging me (I don't know how) on that account another monthly fee. I had to ask my bank to put a stop on them taking payments. Which they did. They still owe me £18. I cannot describe the level of my contempt for these utter criminals.

This platform is completely not transparent in what they bill or what is ready for next billing. No full specifications or the transaction. All billing related items are hidden on the web and not accessible in the app( my opinion: on purpose). Support is just a useless bot Jesse and never really answered your question.

Reported a common scam (account 'gdrf_rescue') several times, over a month ago. Patreon did nothing. I emailed them twice, and used the 'report' function twice.. scam still active.

Probably one of the worst sites I’ve ever used it was a total piece of shit that sent me mad until I started shouting at my cat. Well no one’s gonna tell you is the site doesn’t work properly unless you’re on a PC a computer it doesn’t work on a mobile properly. What kind of people would do that?
I’ve just spent over an hour trying to cancel the subscription and guess what? You have to be on their app to do it now you know exactly what I think of these people and what I hope happens to them.

I had supported several 3d model creators for 3d printing, for quite a decent amount of money. I try to log into my account and get told it is suspended. I have not bought porn or any such thing through their site. Just 3d models for printing for roleplay purposes

Their support then tell me they have deleted all my purchases and the account is Unretrievable and my purchases are gone.

They are a bunch of thieves.

Very bad experience. I forgot to cancel membership and the moment I got charged I asked for refund. Creater hasnt even responded after 5 days. And patreon support gave me BS reason why they wouldnt refund. So its 100% up to creator to decide refund. Trash platform and website.
