Sandhills is a lovely small park, that's ideal for a restful break. Staff pleasant and caravan very nice.

We have stayed at Hengar Manor, Cornwall on a lot of occasions over the past few years, each time has been great, the caravans been spotless and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We will be going again soon.

Stayed at birchington vale holiday pods.2 men blatantly doing cocaine in this park..reported to staff to be told they would be removed..wasnt removed at all ...broke into reception..threatened people smoked weed...stole a scooter ...many families complained ...i spoke to who deals with complaints at the park ..she was so unprofessional saying stop mailing it was sorted ...NOTHING was sorted they was still there when we happily left the site....ive mailed park head office nothing back from them over a week later.
Very very poor security on sire 1 guy who said couldn't do nothing. Avoid who deals with complalnts for help ....she's awful being in charge ....rude ..nothing was sorted after she said it was sorted .many families reported these disgusting individuals who had children with them .lady dealing with complaint at this park done nothing at all. Awful experience for me my partner and 2 young children.

We took the grandchildren to Pakefield for a 4 night stay.
We had a really good time, plenty of space, good accommodation and very clean.
Noise level in restaurant was far too high but the food was excellent.
Disappointed with the size and content of the "shop".
Booking in process was very slow but the staff were friendly and helpful.

Sales experience was positive. The Sales Exec, Hope, was excellent

Post sales support is very poor except for Tracey who does her best despite a complete lack of support from the rest of the Heldey Park team and Sales Manager.

It's a nice site until you see piles of rubbish at peak times.

With the benefit of hindsight I would not have purchased a holiday home with Park holidays.

We stayed at Pevensey Bay the check in was 30 minutes late as the van wasn’t ready! Staff members on reception Katie in particular was very helpful.
We visited the club house and prices were expensive. They were always running out of things like crisps, alcohol free lager, no real beer not even bottles. It was a shame the girls behind the bar did their best.

Reception staff user-friendly and helpful. Good communication. Ease of booking . Well maintained site. Pity about dog poo on path birthdays down to bad owners.

I booked a caravan at New Beach holiday park with parking, as my wife has COPD, was told on arrivel by lady receptionist that she didnt get request,showed receptionist paper work with the caravan that I booked which was an up graded one which we paid for, was told illustration only,explained my wifes condition,didnt care, receptionist didnt even try to resolve the situation, the caravan we were allocated was in the middle of a muddy field no paths to the van so wife couldnt use mobility scooter,the van wasnt cleaned properly holes in wall stains on sheets shower hanging off and coat hanger hanging on lounge curtain rail,tie back and net curtains missing on some windows net curtain wire left on floor.this was suppossed to be up grade, we made the most of it for the length of our stay but didnt use park much went out most off the time..

We stayed in Whistable which is a lovely place. The caravan park was situated in-between Whistable and Herne Bay which is a nice walk along the beach front. The caravan park is very extensive and can be difficult to locate your caravan with very small numbers on the actual caravan. The lighting was bad, the reason being to be kept dark so lights don't shine into the caravan which is understandable. There were no bins to be seen amongst the caravans and having a dog to clean up after, that's not very good. You have to walk to the beach to access any bins. The caravan wasn't as clean as it could be as the mirrors had a lot of smears and there was a tee-shirt left in one bedroom from a previous holiday maker. There was also chocolate on one of the beds. Some of the beading around the shower was broken loose. The TV didn't work properly and kept getting cut off due to no signal. There are signs of wear and tear particularly the carpet that had a lot of stains. The kitchen was well equipped and everything working fine in there.
The restaurant on site was very disappointing. The food was poor and you could see they were microwave meals just heated up.
The staff in reception were very friendly and welcoming and wanted to know if all was well. All in all it was a nice break but I wouldn't visit again.

Lovely relax break just what we needed after a few rough months

The caravan was lovely and clean apart from our food caddy had not been emptied. I did it myself in the end.
We wanted to rebook the same disabled caravan, assassins for many years, but due to your new booking system we wasn’t able to. We have book on another of your sites, but unfortunately my aunt did not receive the 15% you were offering for rebooking.

Avoid Park Holidays at all costs. They removed my caravan without consent, entered my locked property, took everything inside — and now refuse to tell me where my caravan is. I bought it outright with cash, so they had no legal right to touch it. A huge amount of my belongings were never returned: tools, furniture, books, clothing, sentimental items — all gone. Park Holidays provided no inventory, no photos, no explanation, and their GDPR response was incomplete and missing key personal data. They even told me they “do not intend to enter into further correspondence.” I’ve had to involve Trading Standards, Citizens Advice, Essex Police, and the ICO. The stress has contributed to high blood pressure. This company removed my holiday home, lost my belongings, refuses to disclose its location, and won’t communicate. I wouldn’t trust Park Holidays with a tent, let alone a caravan.

Gold Caravan at Carlton Meres. This means basic and I mean basic. Firstly the van was not clean, pans and crockery were filthy so I cleaned through. The mattress was very soft and uncomfortable and the spare duvet was absolutely filthy and stained. The basic element is that there is nothing that is remotely homely or comfortable as in no lamps or smaller wall lights, just bright overhead lights which in the bedroom means you have to get out of bed to turn the overhead bright light off if you want to read. No tv in bedroom even though there are sockets. Shower cubicle rusty and moldy as was the radiator. The park outdoor pool was closed (maintenance) which was very disappointing and communal open showers in pool area (indoors). Overall the park is in a nice location but rubbish was flying around as bags left outside vans and seagulls were shredding them to get to the food etc. Generally, it could be a fab site and when it was camping/caravan friendly it was more inclusive. I decided to leave after 2 nights (booked for 4) as it was uncomfortable and lacked any personality and I decided I may as well be at home.
Staff I interacted with were pleasant enough.

Had a great stay at park holidays in broadland sands with my son, they have a pool with slide and the entertainment was good at the clubhouse, it was very clean, all the staff were friendly and it's in such a good location right next to the beach 5 minutes from a theme park and other attractions, would definitely go back.

After calling the park directly I was able to get clear information regarding onsite facilities, swimming pool and entertainment. As our visit to Broadlands Park wasn't until mid October, the level of information online regarding the onsite facilities during that period was very limited. I wasn't keen to book until this was established, resulting in a call. Phone staff were amazing with their interaction and information provided

the site is very dog friendly
all the amenities were well kept clean and tidy

We were so impressed that we booked before leaving for a week next September

The acommdation was immaculate and well equipped.The TV couldn't connect any BBC channel. The steps to the van are potentially dangerous..the riser height is unequal and it's difficult for anyone with impaired vision to see the step edges. Suggest tape be applied to step edges. Please update the signage on the roundabout, very difficult to see coming from the east. lovely stay would come again. Van 154

Very nice friendly people works in office the caravans we stayed in was little far from evrerything but we enjoyed everypart only bad think i would say there is not much to do with kids but otherwise was nice stay also the restaurant its abit overpriced for chicken burger was about 17£ and actualy wasnt chicken burger inside but 2 strips ! And very small bun would say children menu instead but thank you we liked there

A great family holiday, clean caravan, facilities excellent including indoor pool, pub & restaurant & a short hop on the bus to local attractions
