Great solid advice on a car I was thinking of buying. Also got a valuation of my current car for a potential part/ex.

I have been trying to unsubscribe from the barrage of needless emails to no avail. Awful, do not fall for their marketing !

I needed a trade-in valuation as a basis for negotiation. Parkers gave me just that - and I got the trade-in allowance I thought was fair.

The amount of information held now is far less than it used to be some time ago. It is more difficult to get hold of. I have checked on the car that I own to find that some of the information is incorrect and it states that there are no options available on the car, whereas there are many.

When browsing a particular model, one is forced to choose the trim level first. There are typically many to chose from and one does not know which one to choose. Do I have to come back and go through 10 or more levels of trim to find the one I want. Much better to choose the engine first, as that will also reduce the number of trim levels available.
You used to be able to see when particular trim and engine combinations were sold, but that information is now difficult to find. You could go into one year and see all the models available in that year. That is not possible now.
It has become far more restrictive and less user friendly. You really need to do better.

Far too many adverts coming up, using my phone its almost imposible to read an article due to so many adverts!

What a surprise, better than I thought

Grateful to have been pointed in the direction of Parker’s. It proved invaluable to me in researching the best value car I could afford. Comprehensive site filled with so much relevant information.

Clear & informative

I had a Yuasa battery, which I bought from Tayna batteries for my Land Cruiser, it was good for more than 8 years. Because I thought Yuasa were brilliant I replaced it with another one. That one lasted 2 years, I bought a third one 8 months ago from Parkers. The vehicle failed to start within a month. I was so convinced how great yuasa were that I went through the whole system but eventually realised it was the battery, again. Discussions with someone in the electronics safety industry today has revealed the Yuassa are now made in China and this seems to be the reason for so many failures. He disclosed that he had found false safety logos false origin logos and even having found concrete to make up weight on a supposedly larger battery types. Need I say more.
The service I received from the seller, Parkers parts was excellent. The problem was with the battery not the retailer.

Custom Car Valuation is a joke. The only difference from free valuation is that it allows you to change the mileage on a car.
